He had my car (bmw 5 series) for a full week and i seriously could not believe my eyes when I went back to pick it up. This man is in a completely different league to any of the other detailers I have used in the past. the results were truly staggering. To be honest I was going to sell the car after it was done which is why I went there in the first place but now I've seen it there's no way I'm selling it now. It's like my car is actually made of glass and everyone always comments on how amazing my car looks considering it is nearly 14 years old. It looks better than when it was brand new. i don't know how he does it but you can tell just by talking to him that he puts his heart and soul into every car he works on. Highly recommended and theres no way I will ever take my car anywhere else now I've found this one in a million detailer. And to top it all off, he's a Black Country bloke through and through. Our 10 year old mommy taxi has been exposed to everything food+children+nature has to offer so there was plenty of bacteria and neglect. I was equally shocked and disgusted while not knowing what to do, so I rang Petrol Head and made an appointment. They worked miracles and more because my car hasn't felt this good to be in or look at since I bought it new 10 years ago. I was VERY dissapointed with the service on my car after paying so much money. The body work on it had not been wiped properly so you could see streaks all over my car. The dashboard looked as though it had been wiped with a cloth but with no cleaning chemicals so still looked dirty. Would never use this company again. What they charge is ridiculous for the service you get. Since I wrote this review I had a call from one of the managers who asked about what had gone wrong with the service I received. I was offered a free valet, to which a much better job was done on my car.

The hubcaps hadn't been cleaned at all, there were streaky marks left from the wax all over the paintwork, the boot still had bits of debris in it and the two vanity mirrors on the sunshades hadn't been touched! I wouldn't mind if the car had been given to them in an awful state but I had just purchased from a garage it and it was in a reasonable condition at that point so shouldn't have taken much to get it up to standard. An awful lot of money for a poor job and to top it all off they were taking cash payments only and wouldn't provide a receipt. Avoid.
