When I got home I tried to open my new tank and the airflow ring at the bottom of the tank just fell apart. I went back to see if he would exchange it, within an hour of my purchase. He refused to replace the tank but tried to make me happy by putting a spare deck from a completely different tank on it. I don't know another vape shop that wouldn't replace the tank.
