Easily the best smoke shop I've visited in the area. Knowledgeable and friendly staff guide you through your purchase or let you browse alone depending on your preference. The shop is well stocked with a variety of products that are great quality and at affordable prices. The owner makes himself available when working and is also willing to explain products and make great recommendations. The shop has an excellent atmosphere and it always feels welcoming and comfortable while browsing. I have been going to this smoke shop since it opened when the owner himself would work before it really started out. Next to this shop is a phone repair merchant and as I was having a phone repaired I went to GOOD VIBES SMOKE SHOP and not a single person was in the store, the back door wide open and after a minute of standing alone I walk out back to look for an employee possibly smoking and I'm confronted by Lawrence with cursing and ignorance because I walked out his WIDE OPEN LEGALLY ALLOWED BACK DOOR. Ultimately he closed the door on my face after being beyond disrespectful and misunderstanding assuming I was doing something fishy, and as the door was closed he made me walk around the long way to come back in to be spiteful. When I renter I'm accused of wrong doing and a barrage of negativity and rudeness and would not be heard by LAWRENCE what so ever. I was the bad guy for looking for an employee in an empty shop that had a back door wide open... With all this said I returned to the phone merchant and went to my car. His door was wide open once again and when I walked past he acted completely different In front of other customers and microscope amount of empathy after the extremely negative verbal conversation after. He just chewed out a loyal customer for LAWRENCE leaving his door wide up and immediately opened it again after he shut it on my face. The associates are good people here but LAWRENCE the owner needs anger management lessons and customer service as well. Never going back after close to 4 years of business. He sets himself up for a robbery and lashes out on myself a good customer over something so easily resolvable. I would recommend any associate working at this shop but if you walk in and it's LAWRENCE the owner just come back another day. read more

When this place first opened it was our home away from home. We have literally bought everything they have to offer - from very expensive glass pieces to very expensive Vape mods. We started from the bottom though. When we first started Vaping we would come to them and buy the cheap batteries but they kept burning out, not holding a charge or literally falling apart. We would also buy tanks and juices from them.. We always bought the newest flavors, the newest everything from them. We never complained when the equipment fell apart or the juices burned incredibly fast. We would come in regularly - approximately once or twice a month. (We've spent thousands with them- no doubt) We faithfully came to them for roughly two years, but recently we had an interaction that has secured the fact that we will never come back. About 3 months ago we bought a Kanger sub Vod that was terrible. We were talked into buying it bc it was supposed to be amazing. Needless to say, it wasn't. It spit up in my mouth and barely hit. When I came back and talked to them about it, they did nothing for me. Yet I didn't complain. Last week I went in and bought a more expensive piece from them and was told this was a top of the line piece and that the guy who sold it to me used it himself. He told me that the battery lasted 2 days and I would barely have to charge it. He said its "absolutely the best" - within just a few hours the battery died. I chalked it up to a factory charge and decided to charge it over night. I woke up the next day and started using it. Within just a few hours it was dead again. - How is this even possible?!!! - I was so mad. Later that day it started to spit up in my mouth. I figured maybe I over filled it (which I knew I didn't, but didn't want to believe that they sold me yet another junk piece) the next day the glass on the tank started spinning as if it wasn't connected and juice started flowing out of it. Clearly this was a defect. About 2 days later I went into the shop to complain and just simply ask for my money back. At this point, I was fed up and wanted to buy a new setup from a different shop. Someone that actually knew what they were talking about. When I went in I was told that the owner wouldn't do anything for us (even though the sales guy told him we were regulars and we spend a lot of money there - and that the tank was defective bc the glass was spinning) he basically said he didn't care and it was our issue to deal with. I was so disgusted that I even left the mod kit with him. There was absolutely no point in me taking it, since it was such JUNK. If you value the money you work for, I would stay away from this place. If you have a complaint, they have an excuse - and it's always on you. In this day and age, customer service is key - and they lack that severely. We will never return to this place, ever. We have since found a new place near by to shop and we absolutely love them. read more
