Trevor came out, inspected my entire property and then had a very high priced worksheet already filled out in clear view. He offered zero compelling reasons for nearly $1,000 to power wash my small 1300 sq ft home, roof, fence, and minimal cleaning of new gutters that have the leaf guard mesh. I had 3 other quotes from reliable competitors that showed and even explained that all I TRULY needed was one wall, the gutters are minimal and that was it! I was so impressed with the consistency of the quotes from what I felt was more honest providers that I also gave them my business for power washing my concrete. And I'm only paying $275. "The value of anything is relative, NOT absolute." He demonstrated zero value and thus I couldn't justify the expense. Create the WANT and the TRUST and cost often becomes the smallest part of the conversation. Additionally, when I blatantly declined, he simply said, "Ok" and left. Didn't bother to understand my response which further told me he didn't care about my wants or needs.
