For example, a 65 inch TV powered up the evening of the move, suffered internal damage their claim the TV did not reflect any external damage to the screen or casing. Most often the newer tv's when dropped, would not show any outside damage,, even with its interior parts being broken. Their claim was the TV was already broken prior to the move, or why didn't I power up the TV once delivered. The movers were quick to leave and pressured me to sign the delivery receipt. They also claimed that the TV should've been boxed up rather than padded. All I heard were excuses, even with the other items that were damaged in the move. I would never recommend this moving company..

They had to go to 3 different places, including 2 full storage units, to get our things before moving them in to our 3 bedroom townhouse. They cut on overhead by renting the truck from UHaul, and bring their own trailer loaded with blankets, straps, wrapping material, etc, to ensure a flawless move. The move was wonderful. I sat and watched these two gentlemen load and unload the UHaul in such synchrony, they were amazing to watch.
