Paint 4 posts, beams, corner boards by azek, trim, etc coats Sw Duration Satin #1 was mostly done. #2 was not done. #3 was done well. I told the spokesman for the painting team that the nailheads were to be pretreated but was disregarded. I also sent an email to Wulfhorst Painting but to date have received no reply. It would seem that there was a lack of communication between Brad and the painting team that resulted in a partial completion of what was specified in the estimate. Therefore, I would expect a price adjustment. And I can only hope that the nailheads do not bleed through again.

Everything looks so good! We chose the same shingles for the house that we had put on the carriage house/garage, and although it's hard to see up top, they do look amazing. And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment. He asked a third time if my husband could join us, citing that I might not be able to remember all the information I was given. I asked Bobby if he installs doors--he said yes He gave me a price which was $1500 He wanted $750 up front which i gave him (big mistake) He never did give me a date or time he would start I called him-- set a date still thinking positive He arrived with two other workers They removed the doors Bobby took them and never came back the guy s were working and I assumed it was going well By the way they arrived at 12 noon Dereck appeared to be the head worker he was telling they were going to Hueston woods for bobbys daughters bday Anyway they were getting ready to leave around 2:30 - 3:30 I had forgotten to get door handles which Lowes isn't far But they were leaving they didnt clean up They took one of the screen doors to the garage That was very disturbing for me I was going to install door handles Anyway Dereck came back the next day He got to working around 9:30 I just assumed it was going well But at around 10:40 he said he had to meet his wife and then was going to Lowes for supplies he would be back in 20 min it turned into an hour and ahalf During that time i started looking at the work It was not good!!!! It became very clear that he was not a door installer Nothing lined up right And Bobby still has not come by to see how it was going Eventually i told Derek he could go Derek is a nice guy but i dont think he had much experience installing doors I had read earlier today that he Warranties his work and guarantees it and the customer satisfaction is the most important part of his company He might say that but he has shown NO customer service to me He charged me 1500 dollars for about 5 hours work and very poor work

Then there was a delay as not enough supplies were ordered. However, when the job was done we were very satisfied with the quality of the installation. It took a little longer to complete the job because there was a problem with their machine that blows the insulation. They had to take the machine about two hours away from Dayton to have it repaired, and the manufacturer had delays of their own. Once it was back up and running, they were back to complete the job. They had to cut a fairly large hole in the bonus room's knee wall to gain access. They contracted a drywall company to come out and fix the wall and it looks just as it did originally. The owner, James, and his certified energy tech, Jeff, came out to use the infrared thermal imaging camera to verify the walls didn't have any voids. Everything looked good and we're looking forward to increased comfort and lower utility bills!

Gil, has been left numerous voicemails, but has yet to respond. Nothing positive to say about this company. Had to file small claims suit and they have still yet to respond.
