Do not go here. Find another pool supplier and installer. We waited 3 months for install. They cancelled three times and when they finally showed it was 3 pm. They didn't take their garbage. Left my yard a mess and refused to move the huge pile of dirt they dug pu ​I just wanted the dirt moved so someone could Haul it away. They refused. We were charged twice for equipment and when I complained about all of this the store manager was very nasty and said I should read their contract. Thy were rude except when we were buying it. I made two payments before it was even installed and made a rather large downpayment Do not go here. I definitely would not recommend this place! my family bought this pool 5 years ago! Now we have to completely trash the pool! At the beginning of this summer there were multiple holes in this pool that were not from improper care of the pool! When we completely took it apart we seen just how much of it was completely rusted out! We talked to the company in Erie about it and they told us they weren't gonna be able to help us because of the sole purpose we didn't buy our chemicals from there! We bought them from another pool store who had much friendlier costumer service. Because of the fact whenever we would walk into lighthouse they would seem to never want to help us and had terrible attitudes! We purchase a swim spa from Litehouse a few years ago. Now they won't service the unit because they no longer sell the brand. Nor do they have any references for other service companies to provide. Super disappointing. read more

Unethical employees/company. Lied to me. Said the part for my spa was covered and on its way. Checked in after a month and was told everything is in process and will be installed. After 2 1/2 months from initial contact, I called to check on the status and was told that the part was not covered. asked them why nobody informed me and got a response of "I don't know". They gave me the customer service number from corporate. So, that's how the handle issues. Do not purchase from this branch, they do not stand behind their word. Litehouse has all the time in the world for you when you're buying a new pool, but when you have a question or have any problems after that, forget about it. They have no interest in talking to you, helping you, answering any questions, anything at all. The deal seemed good and the salesperson seemed professional at first, then it all falls apart from there. A good deal is only as good as the service you receive afterwards. Buying a pool from litehouse has been a horrible experience. Buying the pool was easy. After purchasing it was delivered and placed in my garage where is has been sitting for 6 weeks. At first I was told they were coming to put it in the end of may then I was told their installer quit then I was told just kidding they will be there the beginning of june then I was called by an installer and he said june 29th. When I tried to.confirm with litehouse that someone was coming the 29th I was told no he is not and they dont know when he is coming.. excuse me? Is this how you run your buisness? Why on earth would anyone buy anything from you.. if you google litehouse reviews you will see this is how they operate!! Unacceptable stay far away from them!! read more

Horrible customer service!!! Bought a spa may 2015, had the circuit board replaced before the warranty ran out and hasn't worked since replaced.. They refuse to come out and fix the issue because no longer in warranty even though it hasn't worked since they came out to "fix" the repair. Worst customer service ever!!! read more

Ordered a spa and gazebo on 2-13-14, and as of today 6-21-14 it is still not delivered and set up. The communication with this store is horrible. The manager lets other employees handle any "situation" instead of taking charge. Take your own chances read more
