I go on a regular basis for a tune up. I went to Tian Shi because I have a shoulder and arm injury from too much pickleball. She actually listened to me and started our first session asking alot of questions about me and hearing me out on the issues that concerned me most. I decided to try acupuncture for chronic insomnia that I have experienced for most of my life in addition to carpal tunnel syndrome pain despite having two surgeries. Her advice and treatments saved me from taking prescription sleep pills and injections for pain which is the only thing doctors would ever recommend despite my fears of their potential side effects. I wanted to solve the problems, not cover them up with a temporary fix. Krista's methodologies include holistic therapy, nutrition, and supplements with acupunture to deliver real results. Her treatments and recommendations have been real game changers in dealing with my issues. She was able to identify triggers that contributed to my insomnia that I didn't even realize were part of the problem. She has incredible accuracy in finding the origin of painful areas and uses several different techniques to treat the areas. In the end, I got far better results from working with a trainer at my local gym--at no additional unexpected cost--while Hartz simply left me with an unwarranted bill. It's disappointing because I had heard positive things about Hartz initially. However, after sharing my experience with friends, several told me they avoid the place entirely, describing it as feeling more like a "factory" than personalized care. I would not recommend Hartz Physical Therapy based on this experience--potential patients deserve clear communication and actual treatment for their money
