WARNING To all individuals who need to see an optometrist. One of the worst experiences at a professional practice I have ever. My mother and I go in for a routine visit and we noted the place was very clean and seemed harmless. Once we arrive downstairs we were abruptly asked to hand in our personal information sheets that we had to download ourselves at home. Then she found that our insurance might not qualify us to have our visit paid for. I insisted that she check to find out. God Forbid someone ask here do her duties as a professional receptionist !! She made such a big deal about calling the insurance company to assure me if I was covered or not. Than The so called "eye doctor" came in and they began to mumble about me and my mother like we weren't even their. The optometrist quickly and rudely stated that we reschedule and not delay his other appointment. Grant we were the only ones in the so called office that was a downstairs basement to a house. I was told these people were arrogant but geese giving them the benefit of the doubt was the worst decision I ever made. Such a waste of my time and good demeanor.
