Also tried to tell me I have dry eyes three times so they can sell me overpriced drops I guess. In my 59 years on this planet I have never complained about or told that I have dry eyes by any optometrist. Left with a $205 bill and didn't even order contacts. This place is a joke and a scam. I can't say enough positive things about the staff at Visual Eyes. From the moment I approached the outside glass office door I was greeted by Lindsay with a big smile. I knew then that this was going to be a very positive experience. The rest of the staff was incredibly friendly, approachable, patient, and readily available to answer my questions. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer and a person and this is now my go-to store for all my vision issues. Blessie, who does the preliminary exam, took her time to explain the process and what was going to happen using the new technology, Dr. Small who was incredibly kind and patient, provided the best and by far the most thorough eye examination I've ever had and I'm pushing 80 and last but certainly not least there is the very patient Tim who helped me pick out two pair of glasses based on my color and financial preference from their fantastic selection of eyewear. I was never rushed nor was I pressured to buy anything. Actually, I was going to purchase three pair but Tim didn't think the third pair was needed and in hindsight he is correct. I apologize for the long review but I believe this group of people deserve to be recognized for their wonderful customer service, professionalism and patient care as this is sometimes lacking in other stores I've shopped in. But Erin, who was fun as well as a total sweetheart, helped us with the different types of lens options,etc once he decided on a frame he liked. She also explained which frames could handle the lenses for his particular prescription which was pretty nice. Although he didn't get them that day, she had no issues with writing down estimates for the various lens formulas with the frames and even offered to call to the store nearest him to see if they had them in stock. Erin was awesome. I highly recommend seeing her if you are in the area.
