The ultrasound tech was sweet and she had a nice upbeat attitude. She kept things very positive, although our baby wasn't cooperating that well. We ended up with a lot of side profiles because she was covering her face with either hands or feet. We did the 4D ultrasound at 33 week, although it worked well for our son, I think our daughter was a bit too cramped to really show her face. Overall I give 5 stars since everyone was nice. If they don't get a good view, I know their website states they will offer you to come back. We didn't ask, since it wasn't offered to us, maybe due to her age? Not too sure what the guidelines are.

First, I was EARLY into my pregnancy. As a four pregnancy, something felt different and I wanted to see my baby to be sure. Little Buns and Nikki is not a medical establishment and she is not a medical professional, but she is a sweet, good hearted woman and at 7 weeks when not even a OB would see me early, Little Buns did. The boutique is beautiful. With super cute and unique baby wear, the lobby and room had snacks and toys for my toddlers. There is a big beautiful screen right in front of the bed to see your tiny baby wiggle. And I will love forever that Nikki was the one who got to show us that what I thought felt off, was twins. They had my appointment at the front desk. I finished my intake details. I received printed Portal instructions for my petsonal review of my scan. Wow@ Five minutes later the intelligent, talented thoughtful, Creative, Aiesha ushered me into her Galaxy Ultrasound Palace. Aiesha bought, from her own earnings the intetesting, relaxing, blue "star" projector, swirling patterns, dots and varying shades of blue and blue gray across the wall and ceiling. Some people get nervous in medical settings. Comfortable chair, swirling blue interior is calming. Thank you Joe in India (maybe), Dignity Health/AZ Diagnostic Radiology, Reception desk, and the Intelligent, capable, creative, caring Aiesha for an excellent data gathering event. My experience with Solis Mammography has been an absolute nightmare. The most disturbing part: their billing records incorrectly indicated that I had breast cancer. I was never informed that I had breast cancer because I do not have breast cancer. This error has had real consequences, including insurance denial, and caused an enormous amount of unnecessary stress and fear. Every time I call, it's the same story--records are missing, lost, or incorrect. I am repeatedly asked to resubmit information I've already provided. There is no ownership, no follow-through, and no accountability. Each call feels like starting over from scratch. The level of incompetence is staggering, especially for a healthcare provider handling sensitive medical records and billing. This situation has been emotionally exhausting and completely avoidable with basic accuracy and care. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. If you value accurate medical records, proper billing, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding Solis Mammography.
