I drove my mom to this facility this morning for a CT Scan. I walked her in to make sure she got checked in okay and it was a good thing because while they confirmed her appointment and all of her paperwork was done in advance, they didn't have the order from her doctor and couldn't check her in without it. After several frustrating phone calls and a bit of a wait, we were able to get what was needed and my mom had her procedure. While I know this wasn't the fault of the front desk staff, it was still a bit of a frustrating experience. That being said, we're happy that we were able to get it done. The facility itself was large and spacious, had plenty of parking and appeared clean - at least in the waiting room. As with any medical procedure, it's not a fun business to visit, so we're really hoping that her results are shared soon and that we will not have to return! read more

Ten minutes later I was on the phone to Joe of India, I think. He spoke excellent, clear English. Joe took down various stats about me, then booked an appoubtment for Arizona Diagnostic Radiology in 90 minutes, a mile, 1.5 kilometers from the doc's office. They had my appointment at the front desk. I finished my intake details. I received printed Portal instructions for my petsonal review of my scan. Wow@ Five minutes later the intelligent, talented thoughtful, Creative, Aiesha ushered me into her Galaxy Ultrasound Palace. Aiesha bought, from her own earnings the intetesting, relaxing, blue "star" projector, swirling patterns, dots and varying shades of blue and blue gray across the wall and ceiling. Some people get nervous in medical settings. Comfortable chair, swirling blue interior is calming. Thank you Joe in India (maybe), Dignity Health/AZ Diagnostic Radiology, Reception desk, and the Intelligent, capable, creative, caring Aiesha for an excellent data gathering event. I brought my mom in to get a routine ultrasound 6 month follow up and they took her back but then proceeded to tell her the wrong patient information told her she had a bump and she needed a mammogram. My mom came outside to me very worried about what it could be cancer. Later on after I spoke to the ultrasound tech it was determined that the translator told my mom someone else's information. How could this happen? Aren't there patient verifiers that need to be used before speaking to someone about a serious matter. I work for the VA federal system and take privacy very important. As I am sitting in the waiting area the back office person that was translating to my mom comes to talk to the front office girl and are laughing about the situation. This is very inappropriate and no apology was given there is no care or compassion. read more

I went in yesterday for a unilateral diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. Both women - the one who did my mammo and the one who did my ultrasound - were so caring and empathetic. They both put me right at ease. The best part is you get the results right then and there. There is no waiting and worrying for a week to find out if your life is about to change. I got the all clear. Huge relief! I see a lot of not so great reviews and maybe that's how it is on the other side, but on the Breastlink side, they take really good care of you. read more

Really disappointed with my experience at Arizona Diagnostic Radiology. I waited almost 2 hours for my CT scan, and now it's been a week since the scan and I still don't have my results. Scheduled my MRI over the phone and was told to get a X-Ray prior at no additional charge since I work around metal just to be safe. I agreed. So l arrived and paid up front (because they require that) and sat down until they called my name. I was instructed to strip down to only my underwear and put on a gown. Then I had to wait in a waiting room with 5 other people in a gown in my underwear! They finally took me in and tried to put me in the MRI machine, So I asked "what about my x-ray?". I was then given attitude and was told to go and wait in the waiting room AGAIN in my boxers and gown. 20 minutes later I get called for my X-ray. Get the x-ray then go back to the shared waiting room A THIRD time for another 15 minutes! Then they called me for my MRI and this actually went smooth I was in shock. I got home and checked my bill and realized that I was charged $40 for the X-Ray that was supposed to be "free" and they were going to skip and ignore it! If I had metal in my eyes and they ignored it I would have been blind for the rest of my life! My woman contacted a rep of theirs and they made excuses for what had happened rather than try to help! Go somewhere else! This place is a massive Joke!!! read more

This facility has its pros and cons. Staff in location are great! But the scheduling department is shit. Multiple cancellation because of their own errors. No help when calling. Only one gem named Tammy. She has been my savior. But worst scheduling department I've ever worked with. read more

This is a review for BREASTLINK, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The staff are so kind and show great empathy while telling you about the process of your procedure. The women I met today had great compassion and amazing personalities. Dr. Greer and her staff are a perfect example of what medicine should be. Thank you!! My experience with Arizona Diagnostic Radiology was extremely frustrating. The MRI appointment itself took over 2 hours just to complete, which was inconvenient and unnecessarily long. On top of that, I paid part of my bill online through the QR code and enrolled in their official payment plan, yet my account was still sent to collections despite being current. My bank account was repeatedly charged without authorization, and customer service gave inconsistent information, claiming they could not see online payments made through their own system. Between the long wait, poor service, and repeated billing issues, this was a very bad experience. I caution anyone using this facility to carefully monitor payments and verify that their account is properly updated. read more

This place is trash. After my first MRI appointment with them was over an hour late, My Neuro had convinced me to give them another try because he likes the person who reads the scan. My appointment today was at 330 and I didn't get in the machine until approximately 530 due to them running late. Then the lady who did my iv for the contrast tried to tell me radiology appointments aren't like other doctors appointments so they often run late. Two hours late in this case. Wildly unprofessional. I will stick to Smil where they value their customers time. read more

I am not sure if it is an issue with the Park Central staff specifically, but this was not a pleasant or professional environment. The first issue is taking back a patient to get an MRI before they had their xray done to look for FOREIGN BODIES OF METAL, and having the patient to be the one to stop them and inquire about getting the xray done first, which had already been paid AND scheduled for. That is not only unsafe, but completely irresponsible of the staff to miss something like that, especially given the patient's occupation is frequently involved in working with metals. The second issue is how the appointment proceeded afterwards. The patient was sent back out to the PUBLIC waiting room, stripped down to their boxers, in an oversized gown while they try to locate a radiologist tech available for the xray (which again, was already scheduled and paid for prior). This was not only humiliating, but also an inconvenience on time. As a healthcare professional, I would not recommend any patient that wants to be treated with dignity or respect go to this location. It is unfortunate that none of the staff have identified this as being an issue and have made no attempt to reach out. read more

I arrived at 7:02 for a 7:30 appointment. There were 3 people in line, with one at the counter. The secretary was super rude regarding me not having my physical AHCCCS card, even though it's secondary to my BCBS and is t really necessary. I haven't had a card since 2012 and it's never been an issue. Because of that issue she called the woman whose appt was scheduled after me before me. Even though my paperwork was turned in before hers and my appt was scheduled earlier. She made the decision to so that just being ugly. I understand understaffing issues and delays, but blatant appointment shuffling is super petty and unprofessional. That's when I saw all the bad reviews for this location and understood. read more

Pros - state of the art technology, very nice staff! Cons- scheduling process/low staff. The staff is very nice, and thorough etc - IF you can get INTO your appointment. I had multiple last minute cancellations days in a row. If you can eventually get to your procedure, this is a great facility. The hard part is the frustration trying to keep your appointment from being canceled. read more

This is my second visit here, and once again, they are running behind schedule. There's no point in arriving early if I still have to wait past my appointment time. The front desk staff doesn't keep patients informed, leaving us to get up and ask for updates. It's frustrating and poorly managed. I only came here because SMIL doesn't offer the specific MRI my doctor ordered--otherwise, I would have gone there and been in and out on time. read more

-Zero communication with patients. Waited 2+hours to be seen (with a scheduled appointment). -Short staffed -The lack of communication caused a delay in our second half of our surgery appointment. Had we known there was an issue early on we could have managed to reschedule our appointment. Overall, terrible customer service. I know things happen but, at the very least let the patients know what is going on. Do not leave them waiting for two hours. All it takes is communication. read more

Decided to come here and get a unilateral diagnostic mammogram. Prior to that, I wanted to make sure it would be covered by my insurance. Twice I was told it would be 240, which my insurance paid them. After the procedure, I get a bill stating I owe them 241 for another CPT code they added on and did not tell me about prior to my procedure. I sat on this for some time before posting, and I still feel the need to warn everyone. Truly, go ANYWHERE but here!! Do not count on this Radiology office with your life. My mother has cancer in her lymph nodes and throat, she was scheduled for their soonest available PET scan appointment which was 3.5 weeks out, the appointment was for 9/11, I called a few days later to see if there were any earlier appointments available, considering the kind of cancer my mom has, time is of the essence, they informed me they only had one machine and she got the soonest available appointment. They called us back later that day with a cancellation and gave her an appointment for the 7th, the sooner the better. Well, 10 mins before leaving for her appointment on the 7th, the office called to say that the machine was down and they couldnt see her, so THEY RESCHEDULED HER FOR THE 19th, 1 day before her surgery to remove the cancer!!! Fast forward, here we are the 19th and we get a call at 9:15am that the operator (they only have one apparently) of the machine had an emergency and they cant perform the PET scan on my mom now today, yet again and they need to reschedule!!! One DAY BEFORE HER SURGERY TO REMOVE CANCER! A PET SCAN!!!! From one family going through the hardest time in our life to yours, please reconsider coming to this office and chose somewhere else. read more

This place was great when it was next to Safeway on Osborn. Then they got took over by a big name , we make things better company and they screwed this place up big time. What all the other people are true. I had a appt for a MRI but when I showed up they canx that app and schedule it another time without tell me, and they did it twice. Schedule your appointment else where. They cancel appointments and reschedule constantly with little to no notice. They think if they call and leave a voicemail, their job is done. My wife has had to fast for 48-hours only to have the appointment canceled last week and again this week due to the tech going home. Unacceptable and unprofessional. read more
