we saw Dr. Kevin my daughter had a bunch of bumps all over her arms. He had to put medicine on them to kill the virus. I will say that I was so impressed on how he treated my daughter and myself me feel but most importantly made her feel felt cared for and heard. I could not have asked for a better experience. I love seeing Erik Martinez for all of my issues with my skin and autoimmune flare up symptoms. He's very friendly and knowledgeable and truely cares about his patients. It hasn't been a long wait except one time that I have gone. And even when I went back I was seen pretty quickly and my health concerns were resolved in a timely manner. It's always good when a doctor has good bedside manner. He always makes sure we go down every route possible before going for the more extreme prescriptions which I appreciate. Every other dermatologist that I have seen either could not diagnose what I had or was just like oh it's just basic eczema no big deal. Nothing you can really do about it. So I'm glad that there is a solution for my problem and it's not gonna be consistent thing every day. read more

I have been really disappointed with dermatologists since I lost my prior one until I went to Omni. I was able to fill out the paperwork online, then when I got there, they called me back quickly. I met the assistant first and she fill out some other paperwork. Very sweet and knowledgeable about the work. She left so I could change into the exam gown. She came back with the dermatologist who introduced herself right away and then began the exam. She explained it all as she went along. She chatted with me about my sun habits and then told me what she was going to do. It was all painless. She froze off my skin tags and did three biologies. I received the referral to go to Omni, and from the first contact on the phone to walking out of the office it has been an exceptional experience. All the staff were professional and wanted nothing more than to help. If you get to use this office, then be aware that the office is computerized and the tablets on the wall can be a bit of an issues. They cannot be removed so you can sit and do the required new patient paperwork. Otherwise, everything was the best. read more

I live up near Sedona, so I wasn't thrilled about driving down to Phoenix, but they were the closest dermatologist covered under my insurance, and I noticed they had great reviews through Google. I will say, it was worth the drive! (for reference, I was in the Glendale office on 51st Ave.) I had a little growth on my leg that I was concerned about, and as most people do, I went on Google and ChatGPT to compare notes on what I had and what it could be One thing pointed to an angioma and the other two things were basal cell carcinoma, or squamous cell carcinoma. Nobody likes to hear that, so I called Omni right away to schedule an appointment. Everything up here is always booked out several weeks or months, so even though they said they were booked out pretty far, they still got me in in about a week, which I thought was amazing! (especially because I just wanted to know if I had something that needed immediate attention or not.) Turns out that it was a small hemangioma (small non-cancerous vascular growth.) she told me in the office that day that it probably was, and she cut the top off and sent it in for a biopsy anyway anyways. I was told it could be about 7-10 days for a biopsy, and I was fine with that since she seemed pretty confident that it wasn't skin cancer. That appointment was on a Thursday, and just now (early on a Monday morning ) really about 1.5 business days later, they called with an answer. Their level of service from the initial appointment setting, to the intake, office visit, and follow up, were all fantastic! I am someone who values a high level of service, and they delivered! And not just that they did a great job in the office, but Dr. Navarro when above and beyond and looked at some other areas to make sure there weren't any concerning marks or anything. Most doctors will tell you to come back and schedule an appointment for separate issues, but she asked if there was anything else and I showed her two other things I was curious about and she confirmed what they were, and that they were nothing to worry about. That was especially helpful considering how far away I live and not needing to make that drive twice. I'm grateful not only that it wasn't a form of skin cancer, but just how wonderful and caring their whole staff was. I would highly recommend them! read more

I've gone to Omni Dermatology for a long time, but I was going out at 48th St. in Indian school. I found one right by my house on 51st Ave. and cactus they are phenomenal.
