Do not send your children here, especially if you want your child to have consistency or…read morecompassion. My child is being evaluated for autism and they consistently picked at little things that do not matter, for instance , the cups he used. The staff is rotated throughout the day and they do not communicate with each other. I would explain that my son needed extra patience with potty training or with the type of cups he used, just for the person I picked him up from to not be aware of the conversation and send a note saying that the cup was not age appropriate. I had even told the manager "Elsa" up front about these things and had taken him out for his IEP appointment just for her to say she didn't know he was being evaluated. My son had a severe speech delay as well, so this is obvious. Elsa is extremely rude when dealing with anything. She does not answer emails and has hung up on me multiple times. If I was one day late on payment she would ask if she could run my payment at the front desk in front of other parents. I had asked her to contact me privately to handle anything like this. This was not just about payment, also about doctors appointments and my children's personal medical information. I recently had to get re-certified with CCAP. They were given the recertification information on the 8th. They had already given my children's spots away and then charged CCAP for the absences. this was one week of not being certified. This is out of my control as CCAP is overwhelmed with processing. They will randomly close the day care for political purposes such as protests in Denver, or ask you to keep your children home because they have problems with staffing. They couldn't wait any longer to get money from someone else. They are only out for money and do not care for your children. Look elsewhere if you are looking for quality and compassionate care for your children. I liked a few of the hands on care givers , but they didn't stay long enough to know them or for my children to know them.
