We sent the required photos on May 5, 2025 and received a $600.00 estimate. We contacted Tom on June 19, 2025 to confirm the June 24th cleaning appointment. I am very disappointed with this company. Tom asked me to send him pictures of our house so he could bid the job. He quoted $465 over the phone which I agreed to. He brought a family member along to help him with the work and they completed the job in 2 1/2 hours and then he presented me with a bill for $565. I feel this is a bait and switch strategy and one I do not appreciate. I did pay him $515 but I do not feel good about how it was handled. A person is only as good as his/her word. Apparently Tom does not live by this value. I saw another person had the same complaint. They bid the job based on pictures the man sent to Tom then switched the price by $400. I wish I read a review before we hired them. Well, now we know. I will not use them again. read more

Disappointed! Beware! We needed our windows cleaned no later than June 27 in advance of arriving Summer guests. Tom was contacted and he asked for photos of our home so he could save himself the time and effort of looking at our home firsthand prior to quoting. We provided detailed images of our entire home and he returned a quote of $650-$785, stating he needed to quote a range to cover unforeseen challenges.We scheduled the service based on the price quoted. Tom arrived about 45 minutes later than scheduled with his two daughters to do the job. The first thing he did was walk around our home, then he approached me and said he now wanted an additional $400 to do the job! He also said that if we didn't accept his new price that he would simply leave. With our guests arriving in less than 24 hours, he had us over a barrel and we had to accept. He would not budge on his newly inflated price. To make matters worse, the services performed were not up to par with other local services we have used. Dirty, soapy water was spilled in numerous places around our home, including on the floors, sills, our bathtub, and even on our suede leather sofa. One window had some mineral deposited on it due over spray from our sprinkler system that they did not even attempt to clean. And, while we didn't expect the screens to be cleaned, they left dead insects and debris on all of the window sills, which we found to be unusual for a window cleaning service . In the final analysis, we won't use this service again, nor will we recommend it. We used Premier Window Cleaning last time, and we'll return to them the next time. They did a better job for us at $900. No spills, a good cleaning, and they did it all in the cold of November! read more
