If you are familiar with Little Caesar's, the pizza is what you would expect. If you are not familiar with Little Caesar's, think of it as a fast-food version of pizza. The staff was friendly enough and the place had the ambiance that you would expect from a Little Caesar's. Ordered delivery from this location and the food came after around 30 minutes, which is about average wait time for delivery. When the food arrived, it was greasy, but tasted good. In some spots on the pizza however, it was a little too greasy leading to parts of the pizza being mushy. Besides that, the pizza was hot and crispy with lots of flavor! The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars, is that we have ordered from the location numerous times in the past and they have had some issues when it came to making our order correctly, or even straight up forgetting some parts of our order. read more

No Little Caesars hate will prosper here! It's been yearssss since I stepped into Little Caesars, maybe even a decade or longer. When I was a kid, my dad used to pick up some Blockbuster movies and go next door to grab us a pizza to pair with it. (Totally aging myself here) I'm a major pizza lover - NY style, frozen, pizza on a bagel, high-quality, basic af, whatever. Obviously some are more phenomenal than others, but I'm a fan. Little Caesars hadn't been on the top of my list for a long time but on a whim, I decided to pop my head in after grabbing some wings and treats for some of my friends. Man, I don't know why I went on a Friday because it was on swole at this location!! I didn't know folks were still checking for Lil Caesars like that anymore, little did I know. There were about 6 other customers packed inside of this little location but the team was handling us all masterfully. It's a small location but they were hustling. When I went to the counter, the woman at the front was so kind and apologized profusely for the wait. The 'Hot & Ready' $5 pizzas no longer exist but $6.99 wasn't too much of a huge difference so I grabbed a cheese. I am SO glad that I finally visited so I could get my hands on some of the pizza puffs that I had been hearing so much about. $3.99 for four pizza puffs didn't seem too bad. I waited about 15min+ for my order, which I expected based on the crowd, but I was happy to sit and take in all of the delicious pizza smells around me. I neglected to order online because I decided to pop in last minute, but going forward, I definitely will. They have a contraption called the pizza portal which allows customers to use a code received online to easily retrieve their order from the warmer. Gotta love technology! I used this method on my second order (more on that to come). The pizza was aight, again, maybe not something to write home about but it gets the job done. But those pizza puffs?! INSANE. Everything I heard about them was true. I got the pepperoni puffs and wow. The garlic butter on top was everythinggg and really took them to another level. Little Caesars should be slopping that onto each pizza! I placed an order on 09/29/23 thru the little ceasers app for 2 pepperoni pizzas, 2 orders of crazy bread, and 2 2liter cokes. DoorDash delivered 1 cheese pizza and said that's all they handed him, call dash support for help. Doordash said they are issuing little Cease refund request for 100% of the order within 10-15 business days reference#: 511117713. Refund never came. It is now November 8th 2023 and despite several additional refund requests made by DoorDash support (reference#: 514768169, 520033663, 521367712) and me calling over 40+ times with not one phone call answered by this location, I still have not received my money. Doordash support is saying that they cannot get anyone at this location to answer their phone calls, emails, or refund requests either. This type of service is downright disgusting. Someone from management needs to give me a call and issue me my refund or I will be reporting this to the BBB. read more

Went here on a whim one day as I was hungry and didn't feel like waiting after placing an order somewhere. You can't beat their $5 hot and ready deal! The location itself was clean and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. The customer service is where this location loses stars with me. The gentleman that was at the register didn't say a word to me. I literally stared at him waiting for him to greet me, which didn't happen. I think he was training as the manager came out and took my order while showing him how to use the register. After I paid, he handed me the receipt and still said zero words, to the point where I had to ask him if he speaks....he then told me to have a nice day. So I want to start this review, by dealing with a major Complaint on a Sunday eve. I ordered a big meal on a Sun Eve for me and my family online at around 8pm, and it ended up being delayed, then, I got an email saying my pick up time wouldn't be until 10:30am the NEXT DAY!! This store doesn't even open till 11am, so I was very upset to say the least... After many phone calls to Customer Service, both that night and rhe next morning, the best I could get was a potential refund that wouldn't go through for till 7 days. I ended up getting connected to the owner, Ms. Car, (Hope I spelled that right), and she was AMAZING! She is the owner, and she made sure to come in and make my order herself to have it ready for me and my family the next night at 8pm, and she was BEYOND helpful and Amazing! I go to this location about once every 2-3 months, and Ms Car works the register herself! She is SOOOOOOO Kind and nice, MAKES sure you're happy with your order before you accept it, and is simply the BEST!!! Y'all, PLEASE Respect Ms Car, she is AMAZING!!! I've never had a problem with this location and I have always experienced good service. I usually call my order in and it's always ready on time. Should be zero stars. Found a black hair baked into my pizza. Took it back and the women who is always there, I'm assuming the manager or owner, said she would refund me $2. I declined and found $2 insulting. Then she proceeded to tell me "it's in the dough and it happens". Obviously this location has ZERO quality standards. I always call ahead to get the ICB (Italian Cheesy Bread, duh) and they usually have it ready for me by the time I get there. The ICB is so great. The place is clean enough and the service is usually quick. Just what you expect, hot, cheap, pizza, fast. pizza-pizza. Today was a very rough day when I stopped in I had just come from a place that had awful customer service. I showed up to this little ceasers and was amazed at woman who was running the cash register. The place was very busy but she know who's order was whos and was quick to take every one in order and get things out as quickly as she could. She was back and forth in the kitchen trying to help out where ever she could she was pleasant and made you feel not forgotten. I love eating Little Caesar's Pizza. I went to purchase several at this particular location recently. I was surprised to discover that although the store was empty except for a cashier and male pizza maker in the kitchen, that there were no "hot and ready cheese pizzas to go". I decided to wait inside . Other customers began to come. While waiting, I decided to stand and watch the pizza maker. I was appalled at what I saw! He was not wearing gloves and there was a huge open red sore on his right wrist and he was making my pizza! He picked and scratched at sores with his other hand and brushed scab particles from it on the prep table. He proceeded to scrape cheese flakes with those contaminated hands and instead of putting that scab infested cheese into the trash, He placed it into the cheese container. I asked another person to watch what I saw. We became nauseous. I asked the cashier for a refund and told her, she saw it, refunded me and began to wait on customers instead of resolving the matter!
