Ordered a Pepperoni Stuffed Crust Pizza for just under $14. Normal? Who me? Took my pizza home and used it as a base pizza. Yes, I doctored the hell outta my pizza! Why be normal? Who made that rule any way? So, took my pepperoni pizza home and first thing I did was cook up some chorizo, then I spread it all over my pizza. Then I had some left over chicken strips mixed with onion and mushrooms I made the the before, so I heated it up and spread it all over. Enough? No way Jose! Got some cheese out of my fridge and spread it all over. Done? Who said that? Pulled out the jar of jalapeños and generously spread them all over my pizza. Had I had some pineapple would have put them on too, but didn't. Well, now came the fun part! Took a couple slices and put the in my air fryer to toast some more. Now came time to eat my masterpiece! For what it is, it's not all bad.. I used to get the square pizzas back in the day, I've even tried their spaghetti bucket deal way back when their commercials were as hilarious as the Dreyer's ice cream commercials. I thought I'll give them a try since my long absence. I was a little disappointed with their newer pizza dough, it was much thicker and breadier than the thinner recipe they had many news ago. T-Mobile Tuesday had a deal of free classic pepperoni or cheese pizza with any pizza of choice Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - custom pizza with half mushroom, sausage, and seasons beef. The other half is mushroom, pineapple, and smoked ham. The pizza was just cooked enough that it's still nice and soft. The toppings were quite uneven with the "bottom" slices mostly just cheese. There were maybe only 3/4 slices of mushroom on the second half with the pineapple and ham. The classic pepperoni pizza was decent but not memorable. The crust is a bit drier and chewier Ambience: N/A - got food to go Service: 3/5 - Nothing was in the "pizza kiosk" so I told the cashier my name and that I was there to pick up two pizzas. He didn't say anything and was just pressing buttons on his screen. He then turned around and opened the warmer behind him and pulled out two pizza. What can you say about Little Caesar's that hasn't already? Is it the greatest pizza of all time? No, it isn't. However, it is decent and if you're ever in a pinch or only have $5 bucks on you and only pizza will satisfy your hunger, Caesar's has you covered. This location, in particular, is one of the better ones I've been to. It's usually clean, organized, and the employees are usually always friendly. In short, I've never had an issue here as far as quality or customer service is concerned. You are able to order and pay for your pizza online. Simply head to the website, put in your order, pay, and go pick it up. They'll place your pizza in the heat box on the counter. I believe you can open it yourself, locate your order, and jam out. I wouldn't come here expecting to have the greatest pizza in existence. I can't say I go to Little Caesars a lot... but when I do, I appreciate that they're out there. This Little Caesars is like every other Little Caesars I've been to... except this one has a drive through. Quick, inexpensive, consistent, predictable. The cheesy bread in Las Vegas tastes exactly like the cheesy bread in Sacramento or Carson City. Same with the Pepperoni Pizza or the 5 Meat Feast... which I ordered on this occasion - the occasion being "I had a crappy day and need to drown it with pizza". It turns out that a 5 Meat Feast pizza and an order of Italian Cheesy Bread does a pretty good job of drowning a lousy day. It was way too much for one person to eat (which I knew before I ordered it - but the price was right and there's ALWAYS someone around willing to share your pizza...!!?? And indeed there was. On the way home, I ran across a couple people who appeared to be down on their luck... they asked me for gas money. I gave them warm 5 Meat Feast and Italian Cheesy Bread. They happily munched and forgot about the gas money just like I forgot about my lousy day - so this stuff must be some sort of magical memory eraser. I even had a couple slices left over for breakfast the next day - and those slices made me forget about my diet. I guess the slices the night before did too... oh well. We usually get a "take & Bake" from somewhere else, but since it's in the 100's today we didn't want to fire up the oven at over 400° and fight our a/c. We've seen ads on TV for Little Caesars "ExtraMostBestest® Stuffed Crust" pizzas, but we wanted a "5 Meat Feast". This combo was NOT on the menu for online ordering so I called to see if we could do this. The lady answering the phone promptly said "No problem". Cool. It was 'rush hour' so we just left the house right after ordering and when we got there our order was ready. The cashier (the same person who I placed the order with) was friendly and made sure she gave us the right pizza (since there were several other "ExtraMostBestest" pizzas at the ready - but not a "5 Meat Feast"). My only complaint (if I had to have one) is that the crust is limp and hard to pick up. Wifey uses a fork, but I know better - [grin]. Pizza is to be eaten by hand. Everyone knows that! So, next time we'll try to heat up our pizza stone (the one we USED make the take & bake pizzas with - ahem) and put the Little Caesars on it the minute we get home. If it's 100° outside we can just put the stone out in the sun and put the pizza on it as soon as we get home. The 5 Meat Feast is just that. A FEAST! If you're a meat fan this is the pizza for you. It's yummy and filling, and there's a ton of meat to enjoy. I have a feeling we may be coming here for our pizza from now on and forget about taking a pizza home to bake. I think there's maybe a $2 difference - without having to heat up the house - and no waiting. As another reviewer mentioned, it's in a spot that's a bit hard to see, but once you've been there it's easy(er) to find . . . 7/31/19 Went back for another one of those "5 Meat Feasts" only this time we ordered it on a thin crust. We put our pizza stone in the oven before we left to pick it up, and when we got it back home, slid it onto the stone for about a five minute visit to the oven. This gave the otherwise soft, mushy crust a much crispier, easier to hold by hand, crust. Yummers! We've decided this is now our favorite pizza, hands down. WAY more meat than our old "take and bake" place where we got a wimpy "meat lover's special". THIS is what we meat lovers like. Try it, you'll love it! read more

I am hoping she is fired because I asked for the super most bestest pizza in the drive thru and couldn't give it to me, I offered to wait in the front still no. So when I got to the window I asked for a manager and she SLAMMED the window in my face and was using language I would get banned on yelp for writing if I did but lady was cursing a storm up. The manager resolved the issue very kindly but I hope that girl when shes older has a bowl movement in her diaper and gets a rash from it not being changed. read more

Little Caesars - the front of the restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Carson City, Nevada

I went to this location Sunday, March 24, 2019. I also went here on Friday, November 11, 2016. This Little Caesar's is unusual in that it has a drive-thru. It is also not visible as you drive east on East William Street, as the sign for China East blocks visibility of it. However, it is visible if you drive west on East William Street. It is between Jiffy Lube and China East, on the north side of East William Street. I had a $5 HOT-N-READY personal pizza and soft drink. It was as expected, and I have no complaints about it. They had run out, so I had to wait about five minutes for them to get one ready. The store was reasonably clean, for a pizza shop, but the customer area was cluttered, with boxes and pallets stored there. It took a while for them to acknowledge me as the employees were busy. They accept Apple Pay, which is a surprise to me. They also have an entirely self-service kiosk called Pizza Portal pickup, where you can pick up your order you placed on their mobile app, and the pizza is kept warm in a locked, heated container for you. No employees needed! They have three chairs to sit as you wait. They also have a mini Little Caesars pinball machine in the corner, which I thought was cute. As I was in my car, I saw an employee bring an item out to a person in his car waiting, which is another nice touch. Their drive-thru is in the back, but the sign is small and it is at the far end of the building, so people may not realize it is there. There is also no way out once you are in line and a car pulls behind you, in case you change your mind. I give this restaurant four stars, only due to the drive-thru mentioned above, the clutteredness of the store, the cleanliness of the parking lot, and to not being acknowledged for a while. I will return to check it out again in the future. The pizza itself was fine and the employees were ok, once acknowledged. read more

Hot n ready, no...customer service,no...ingredients for the pizzas,no. Rude, less than helpful, obviously dislikes their job, dirty...all yes. A smile and some consideration along with a touch more than minimal communication go a long way. Somebody in charge please read this review, then read it again, then do something, anything, about it. Fix your staff. I could go into detail about how bad this, and recently almost every experience I have been having at this store, but why? It is so bad that there is zero chance that the manager does not know. The customer service issues and lack of planning including not having stock to not having hot n ready pizzas is a key indicator of poor leadership. Being a delivery driver in coming to this place is awful. Trying to order in store or get help is also crazy impossible. You know how the app works and that they don't send you the orders until they're completed for the pizza yet all the time I get sent to the spot and my pizza's not ready and I have to wait for like 14 minutes or more. This is not how it was designed or how it should operate and there's no excuse and pandemic or otherwise that should ever have made it take this long. All I need is one pizza for a Customer that ordered it 30 mins ago and I'm waiting another 10 mins for it to be made and delivered. Get to the location and get completely ignored by all employees for about five minutes. Finally ask one person that's walking by about my order and the guy named Chris shrugged me off. I waited another five minutes with no pizza or interaction and message my customer. As we're getting to 14 minutes I look around the corner of the restaurant and say hey I've been waiting like 14 minutes for my pizza what's going on here? The employees start being very rude with me and tell me to get the f&$k back. None of them where wearing masks. I inquire why they keep ignoring me I just wanted to know what's going on with the pizza and they gave me literally zero information. Chris the Co manager says I need to stop being rude and I tell him it's rude to ignore customer and delivery drivers. If they forgot to make the pizza they should've said something so I was aware of the amount of time they were gonna be taking. Instead this guy tells me that he's going to call the police on me and I told him to go ahead. This guy is unaware that I have a live stream running recording the entire interaction. They finally hand me the pizza and are saying rude and derogatory things about me. I left and delivered the pizza and ordered my own pizza to go be picked up. When I came in to pick up my pizza I went to the portal got it walked out. After that Chris followed me out of the building screaming at me that I shouldn't have ordered or come back and threaten to get physical. He then said that I was 86'd next so I requested the number for the general manager and or owner and they refused. Once again the entire situation is on live stream because I record any interactions with terrible employees. The employees would not give me names and made it clear they where not going to be nice to a customer. I went ahead and looked up all of their names on social media to ensure we have the right people. The only people in the wrong here is the restaurant, there's no reason for them to be threatening customers with physical violence. I've next received a call from California number claiming their name was Chris Halcon the general manager allegedly but the number goes back to Brianne Dick who seems to be his wife and at the store working. This "Chris" who sounded exactly like the Co Manager Chris said said that they had footage of me threatening their employees and I laughed and told him that I had live stream footage of the entire altercation and that is no where in it. Not to mention it's only been 15 minutes and they haven't stopped working. Chris said that he was going to review the footage and get back to me but told me not to go back to the store. I told him that I would be getting in contact with corporate and figuring out who exactly the real owner of the store is taking this up the chain. I go here all the time to pick up pizza for myself and other people and always have to wait at least 5 minutes but the employees have never been this rude. So I made sure to reverse lookup the numbers that called me and collected all the information associated to these people and forwarded it directly to Corporate. read more

They're fine BUT DON'T ORDER DELIVERY. It's through DoorDash, and if the delivery driver messes up the order (which you can't check at delivery due to social distancing from covid-19), you have to go in and pick it up anyway. No extra compensation, just "you can come pick it up. We don't deliver, that's DoorDash, we can't do anything." Nice copout, great customer service there. read more

I believe I've only been to this place 3 times (since they shut down inside of k-mart here in Carson). All 3 times were within the last 2 weeks. I ordered the fanceroni each time. The first time it was very similar to the item pictured on their menu, I was impressed. The 2nd time I ordered the fanceroni I received a hand tossed crust pepperoni pizza...with a little extra pepperoni thrown on top. I decided to give them a last chance. The same thing happened this third time as the 2nd time. Don't get me wrong. The pizza was edible and we ate it...simply because we've already waited and we aren't going to wait any longer. That's not the point though. There is about a 3-4$ price difference between hand tossed pepperoni pizza and the fanceroni pizza. I called them on my way home. I wasn't angry, it's just kids working at that place. I just wanted to let them know about the mistake and it's the second time and maybe a little more attention to detail. However, the kid that answered the phone didn't even know what hand tossed pizza was. When I heard ...."who tossed your pizza?" ...I just told him "never mind, have a good night", and then I hung up. For American franchise pizza round table is king....but so is their price. I always go dominos for cheap. However, dominos has upped their prices yet again...and round table; although expensive, has not. Quite honestly neither have ever let me down in Carson. I don't really do fast food. I was gonna make my own pizza today. However, making a Chicago style deep dish pizza is way more expensive than 10.99$ (fanceroni). That's the only reason I gave them a 3rd chance. I am unsatisfied and I feel deceived. From the pizza to the tip money I left, to the money I spent. Shame on the owners of this facility for tolerating it. This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this location. I placed an online order today at 2:59 to pick up at 5:15. I walked in here at 5:12 and tell them I am here for my order and the kid at the register says "check it. This old lady came in with the same name and we gave her your order." So now I have to wait 15 minutes for my order to be ready AGAIN. Seriously, avoid this place. Just a waste of time and money! The one in the Walmart on Topsy is way better!! As I'm waiting for my order to be ready, standing at the counter, a young girl comes out and talks past me to someone who just opened the door. And as I'm here waiting, she sold the bread that was part of my order and was just told it would be another 5 minutes on top of the 15 I already have to wait. read more

Usually I buy from this location a few times a month but this last visit was very disappointing. I went in to get a couple hot and ready pizzas. They didn't have one type available so I asked if I could order one right then. The girl behind the counter said, "Well, then we'd have to make it and that could take 10 minutes." Really? So I said I'd wait. I asked if I could take the rest of my order then and she said, "No, because we want to give your order to you all at once so it's hot." My family and I just wanted to eat the crazy bread in the car while we waited for the second pizza but she wouldn't allow that even though I had paid for the order. When I did go back in to get the pizza I had just ordered, she told me my second bag of crazy bread wasn't ready yet even though when I initially ordered everything it was. Wow. I continued to wait. When I got my order finally my son helped me take it out to the car and as we were sitting in the car I watched her finish her shift and leave with her ride that had been waiting for her while she carried her own pizza out, which I'm sure she didn't have to wait for herself. Poor, poor customer service with dirty floors, counters, walls and front doors. These young employees don't even restock the refrigerator with sodas even though there's a supply of room temperature sodas sitting right next to the refrigerator. What can you say? Good pizza at a pretty good price with a drive up window for rainy or lazy days. Always clean and always friendly. Definitely a good place to stop on the way home and get something to eat when you need too. Call ahead or order online if you are in a hurry. read more

Awful service I got tonight. I usually get 3-4 Star service from them. This was the second time I've had to wait on my online order. This time was 25 minutes past the pick up time, a full 40 minutes after I made the order! There was a couple with a few kids waiting on pizza for around half an hour that were just as mad as I was. They were certainly not short staffed and seemed to be working, but were underperforming on orders and seemed to be concentrating on other products? This is my guilty pleasure favorite pizza and I'm mad they closed their other location in town, we used to get much better service from there. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at ordering food on an app. They set the time for pick up i was there on time. The guy came up front and put my name on the pizza portal. There was no order. So i asked where my pizza was and the guy said it wasnt ready. So i say why did you put my name in? The response was that if they didnt put it in it would show as late. The guy brought up my order 15 mins past my pickup time, it was missing items. Wait anouther 10 mins for crazy breads and sauce. Walked in and cashier was behind register. Did not even acknowledge me. She passed me by twice and nothing. I felt so uncomfortable. Did not get her name because she was not wearing a name badge. All I know is that it happened today at 11:30am. They were not busy so I dont understand why she completely ignored me. She has blonde hair with black roots. Never had a problem here, until now. Went through there drive thru, ordered 1 deep dish pizza, told me to wait 8mins which is fine to me not a reason for my 1 star review. A younger girl which I assume was new because it was the first time I had ever seen her there, I come to this place often. Anyway she took my card and the total was $9.67. She told me to pull up to the front and she would bring the order out to my car. I said that it was okay but she hadn't given me my card back yet, and no I was not about to leave my card in there unsupervised. She then goes back to the computer to give me my card back and take it out and gives it to me. I pull up front and 10mins later she comes out with my order. All is fine so far. Next thing I know I check my bank statement and there were 2 charges from here for a total of $9.67. Guess she charged my card 2 times?? Now people may think this review is petty, yes it's only $10 but it's still my hard earned money that was taken, Yes it could've been an accident they happen but they need to pay more attention because imagine if it were a bigger order where it could've happened. read more
