Absolutely horrible experience at Pizza Hut. My elderly neighbor placed a special order through the app for an EXTRA well-done pizza and even called ahead to confirm it. They left him sitting on hold for over 10 minutes with no help whatsoever. He finally had to drive there himself just to make sure the order was right. The cashier was clueless about what was going on, although at least she was polite. The supervisor, however, could not have cared less. No apology, no urgency, no customer service skills at all. They acted like an elderly customer taking extra steps to confirm his order was some kind of inconvenience. The pizza still came out wrong after all of that. Completely unacceptable service and terrible management. If this is how they treat loyal customers, especially older ones, it's honestly embarrassing. Do better. read more

I went into the store on a Saturday night, and ordered a stuff crust pizza. Only served in large, i ordered 3 dipping sauces. My bill was over $32.00. Your pizza is not worth anywhere near that. This place is a gutted shell of what it used to be. We walk in and get one of their four menus and there are no prices on it. We ask why or if it's a misprint and the employee says that it's because their prices change so often. There's like 4 tables now and it looks like they're in the middle of a close out sale. They were out of tomato, their soft drink machine was out of order, and all of that was the same last time I came here more than 6 months ago. The kicker? Last time I had the good sense to leave. Two large pizzas for $65. I get being understaffed, I understand closing down amenities when the business isn't doing well, and I understand downsizing your lobby in order to ease cleanup for employees. Today I called up and ordered 2 of the special large pizza, 3 toppings for $10.00 each and had them make it ready at 1:00 We arrived and it was piping hot and delicious. This was the worst pizza I have ever had! 1) The pizza arrived totally cold! I paid $4.99 for delivery fee and 20 % ($6.00) tip for the driver and I couldn't even get a warm pizza. 2) I ordered a thin crust 3 topping large pizza and couldn't believe how skimpy the toppings were, nothing like the photos. I basically got cardboard with a little cheese, a sprinkle of sausage, a couple of mushrooms pieces, and couldn't even find any onions. I have never had a thin crust pizza that you couldn't fold. Compared NY style pizza from PIZZA HUT VS DOMINOES. both 16 inch, identical. toppings. Being from NY I have experienced lot of NY pizza. I was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by PIZZA HUT NY style pizza. Not quite NY but pretty close. Crust was soft and tasty and sauce was also perfect. Will definitely order again. In my opinion Dominoes crust was dry and tasteless and sauce was very lackluster. Will not order again. Anyway thats my take and those who ate them with me. read more

Seriously this place doesn't keep enough change to break a $100 and they wanted me to go to the bank to break it for a total bill of $29.57! Sure they have a sign that says nothing larger than a $20, why don't they make nothing larger than a $1 then? I give one star for the courteous and friendly staff, and for the GM that took the time to talk to me on the phone and listen to and acknowledge my complaints after THE WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE... I will list the grievances in chronological order, rather than "bad-to-worse"... Here's what we wanted: Two of Pizza Hut's famous personal-pan-pepperoni pizzas, and two sodas, to sit at a table and watch the first quarter of the football game... nothing fancy. We walk in... The place is empty, but no one can greet us or seat us because everyone is busy on the phone, it's not their fault, they're obviously understaffed, it's 5 pm, of course they're busy on the phone, no problem... After standing in the doorway like idiots for five minutes someone finally had time to talk to us. We tell her that we are there to "dine in", and she said, "ok", but still we had to order everything at the counter (in-between phone calls), because there is no waitresses or hostess or bus-boy or anybody to seat us or serve us, no problem... We are offered drinks; I asked for a medium coke... Of course, "no Coke, Pepsi!", and it's only available in 20oz or 2L bottles; no glasses, no ice... $17 up-front for two tiny pizzas and two sodas... A little overpriced, but I can get over it, no problem... We seat ourselves at the least dirty table; (again, not the staff's fault; they were too busy with their computers and phones to worry about playing restaurant), and we patiently wait for our server to bring us our fresh-out-of-the-oven sizzling-hot pan-pizzas... No problem... After 30 minutes of watching our $4 sodas get warm, we were served cold pizza (because there was no one available to bring it to our table while it was hot) in to-go boxes... I said, "no wait, we ordered this 'for-here', not 'to-go'", and she says, "I know, I'm sorry, they won't give us any plates or napkins or cups or straws or chicken wings either, because of COVID"... Ok, no problem... I ask for some cheese and peppers to sprinkle onto my cold overpriced to-go pizza... Nope! They only sell it in big overpriced jars, and I was not about to run my card again for something that should be free... BIG FUCKING PROBLEM! We don't usually get Pizza Hut, but stayed overnight at a hotel last weekend and ordered for delivery. We were very pleased! The girl taking the order over the phone was rather rushed and a little hard to understand, but we still got our order no problem. Delivery was quick, and everything was fresh and hot, and everything in the order was correct, plus they ended up giving us a couple extra dipping sauces. I see the sign and decide to relive my teenage years and pop in to grab lunch at a chain that I always remembered as having a great pizza - FAC (For A Chain). I walk in and see a lone woman diner who is just leaving. The sign says, "Please wait to be seated" so I'm polite and wait for the cashier to get off the phone and seat me, even though the place is clearly empty. And I wait, and wait, and wait. Finally, the cashier gets off the phone and says abruptly, "The buffet's supposed to shut down at 2 pm so we're not serving any fresh pizza." Yeah, and hello to you too, Mr. Friendly Customer Service Guy. I'm too hungry to care, my blood sugar's dropping and I MUST EAT NOW or I may be liable to do serious damage, so I decide to risk it all and go for the buffet anyway. Worst. Decision. Evah. There were four kinds of pizzas under a heat lamp. Clearly the last time any of them had been replaced may have been during the Nixon era. I gingerly picked out a few slivers to try. They were dried out, tasteless, and needed extra chewing (and a Hail Mary) to get down my throat. $9 for that and a Diet Coke. That's the last $9 I'll ever spend in this place. read more

We were seated right away and asked what we wanted to drink, and you have to appreciate that. And we ask to have a few minutes to figure out what we're going to order. Keep in mind the place was super busy(NOT) had to go to the register and remind the person that we were ready to have our order taken. The pizza we ordered the Hawaiian pizza with hand tossed crust, hot and fresh from the oven. Skimped on the pineapple and ham, as we were eating our meal, our server kept visiting us and asking how everything was so I have to give her credit for good customer service! This establishment is absolutely horrible. Our pizza was wrong and we didn't receive the 2-liter of soda we ordered. We proceeded to call the restaurant and see if we could get our wrong and unrecieved items. The absolutely horrible manager said, and I quote, that "we either get it now or don't get it at all" and hung up on my mom. Frustrated... I ordered a pizza and am a guest a hotel. When they brought my pizza and wings, I sat down to eat it and when I opened the box it was a plain pepperoni pizza (I ordered a more fancy pizza). I called immediately I was transferred to the manager who told me he was aware there was a mix up and he would send out a new pizza. Ordered two pizzas and one order of regular breadsticks using their online ordering system for pickup. Arrived after driving 30 minutes to the location (they don't deliver in my area) and my pizzas were ready but the breadsticks weren't. After having the girl verify I paid for them (yes, I just handed you payment right before you asked if actually paid for them, thanks) I was told they would be right out. I wandered over to the salad bar to check it out~thought I might order a to-go salad to fill the time. The salad bar had brown iceberg lettuce in the bowl and the other toppings didn't look too great either. Pass. Commenced waiting for my breadsticks which came out several minutes later with the accompanying marinara sauce and I was on my way. Arrived home and opened the box of the two-topping pizza to see that it was really a one-topping. When I called to speak to the manager, the woman who answered the phone stated she was the manager and I told her what happened. She responded with," I;m so sorry, but you got the special which is the same price no matter how many toppings you got, so it's not like you paid for them." Excuse me? What the f**k?!?! I just drove an hour roundtrip to get a goddamned pizza that isn't right and that's your response?!?! Turns out she wasn't really the manager~the manager wasn't there but she assured me that she would have the "real" manager return my call the next day. So far I haven't heard anything. One star is too high for this franchise location. On Tuesday we placed an internet order for pick up, which they messed up. They offered us a $10 credit that we attempt to use. After calling in an order for delivery tonight at 7PM we were told it would be an hour and twenty minute wait. We gave them two hours before calling. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes we were told that they TOOK the order but failed to send it to the kitchen. They said they would then place the order, but there would be a 50-minute wait! We spoke to "Paul" the manager. At no time did offer to comp our order that they messed up after a two hour wait for dinner. During our conversation we asked if they were corporate owned or a franchise location. He said that they were a franchise. We asked for and received the name of the owner, "Sharo" in California. That was the last straw. Like others that posted negative experiences with this store, I created a Yelp! account just to comment. But unlike the others, I will be also contacting Pizza Hut corporate. I've been going to this location for a few years. Always for carry-out. Normally it's good, however this evening pretty much sucked. Ordered a large pepperoni and bacon, along with an eight piece boneless wings. Keep in mind, I'm not looking for a 5 Star dining experience. After all this is Pizza Hut. However I'd expect a little better from a national chain pizza joint. I counted only 16 pieces of pepperoni. As for the bacon, I'm pretty sure it was no more than three shakes of Bacon Bits. Now for the boneless wings. They should really be advertised as chicken marbles! Tiny little things, hardly worth the price. Disappointed on many levels. My family arrived here after a long day of work, school, and a 3 hour drive from Davis, California. I recommended Pizza Hut because you never go wrong with Pizza Hut, right? We arrived at 7 p.m. The place was empty except for one other couple cashing out. My little family of four were seated by the manager who appeared completely annoyed by our mere presence. Once the couple left, we were the only people there. Yet, it took almost 10 minutes for the manager to ask for our drink orders. Several items on our order were messed up, and the manager made half-hearted attempts to resolve them while continuing to appear irritated by our presence. Staff on the other hand usually is not bad i get my pizza and go on my way. The last time I came in there there was no one to be found for 15minutes but another customer eating. A young man came out from the back and he didn't know where anyone was and they must all be on a smoke break in the back. He was the nicest and most respectful person whos been in there kudos to you bud! Finally talked to the female team leader on duty who was extremely rude and had no cares in the world. Tried contacting the manager who didn't give a shit either and never returned my call. Haven't been since. You never get bad service at pizza factory. Looks like you should take the drive to the other side of town for better pizza. read more

This is my first review on Yelp. I actually started an account to tell everyone about my experience today. So, here goes: I would like to start by saying that my girlfriend and I probably eat here twice a month and the service is usually great. In the 3 years we've lived here, other than my girlfriend discovering their salad bar being ridiculouosly bare sometimes (without warning and after they've already taken our order), we haven't had a single problem...until today. I would also like to point-out that we usually only go on weekday evenings or weekend afternoons. Today was the exception. We went in on a Monday afternoon, around 12:15pm. While being seated, the host (and I believe, manager) pointed-out that any large 2-topping was on special for $7.99. So, we ordered a large thin-crust Hawaiian (without our usual addition of jalapenos) and stuffed "pizza rollers". About 30 mins later, and after numerous unsolicited "Sorry, we're training someone new" apologies, an oddly nervous and twitchy server told us that our pizza had burnt and offered us free breadstix. I told her "no thanks", as our pizza rollers should surely be coming out soon, but she clearly had no idea that we had even ordered them. However, after a minute of confused silence, she told us that they would be coming out "right after" our pizza....the pizza that apparently burnt and had to be remade, that is. After a few awkward back-and-forths to the counter, she offered the breadstix again. We again declined. Within 15 seconds of our decline, she brought us our "rollers". So, what? If we had accepted, we'd get our breadstix (appetizer) after our pizza (and other appetizer)? Also, during that time, numerous people who were seated after us recieved their orders, whether they ordered it or not. Anyway, after being first delivered to the wrong table, our pizza arrived (about 45 mins after ordering, that is) and everything tasted great. No complaints on food quality at all. Then after neatly stacking our plates and sitting patiently for another 15-20 mins, we got tired of waiting for our check. My girlfriend went up and asked for the check and a box. It was then that she noticed (as we had both already predicted would happen) that our check was wrong. Our pizza was $10 and not $7.99, as our host (suspected manager) had told us. Obviously, $2 isn't a big deal, but considering how long it took for us to get our food, the poor service, the offer of a free app (an apparent admission of shitty service, imho) and his having flat-out quoted us a false price, steering us away from we would've normally ordered, we were pretty irritated. My girlfriend explained to him that we had ordered based on his recommendation (essentially amounting to a classic "bait & switch") and his response was "I'm sorry, but you had a thin-crust", something that, if a dealbreaker, he was obligated to mention when giving his pitch. When my girlfriend repeated her complaint, his response morphed into "I'm sorry, but that's only on carry-out orders" (So, the issue isn't the thickness of our crust anymore?). Showing more restraint that I have in me, she reminded him that he had neglected to mention either of those things (whichever, that is) when directing us to that particular "deal" (which ended-up costing us the same amount we intended to spend on a pizza with more toppings), he only responded with "Yeah. I'm sorry, ma'am." This was literally the first time that either of us could remember leaving no tip at all at a restaurant, but they didn't deserve one. Hell, in my opinon, they owe us. Like I said, $2 isn't a big deal to either of us, but shitty service and flat-out lies are. It'll be a long time before we go back....if ever. I'm only giving 2 stars because we've always been treated well in the past (by different staff). read more
