Great service, fast food. It is always hot when I pick it up. I would recommend if you are wanting something cheap but good quality.

Today was the worst experience. I placed an order online at noon for a 5:30 delivery. When it got close to delivery time I got a text in Spanish from the door dash driver. I don't speak Spanish. I had to convert Spanish to English on Google. I'm elderly also. The driver said he had a flat tire. I just want my pizza I paid for online. I called little Caesar's and they washed theirs hands of it by saying I had to call door dash. I went to little Caesar's in person and they would not give me the customer my pizza. They said it has to go to a door dash person. I called door dash and finally got someone from India and explained the situation. I finally got my pizza over 40 minutes late. I wanted a refund and all I got was an email stating they put in a request for a 15% refund. I will never order from little Caesar's again. Too many other pizza places to choose from. read more

This little Caesar's location would not let us order Italian cheese bread with extra cheese. When I told them that we order it every time we come (diff location), dude in the grey shirt said' "Yeah, well, we don't do that here." Seriously? It's just extra cheese...Drove down the road to the Midkiff location and ordered it no problem. Would not recommend the snarky employees here. read more

The staff are always nice and friendly ready to help and provide solutions. The foods always hot and fresh. The store is always clean.

Little Caesars sent us "Welcome to Midland" FREE pizza coupons when we moved here. As a result, we've gotten pizza a couple times so far. I haven't had Little Caesars in probably 5+ years and last few times it wasn't the greatest so I wasn't expecting much. I'm not sure if they changed their recipe or technique but their pizza was actually better than I remembered it. Still not GREAT but better than it was 5+ years ago. I guess their "$5 carry out" price isn't around anymore because I noticed they were all around $6+ now. We got a pepperoni pizza and as advertised, they had one for us, hot-n-ready. Employee was friendly enough. 3-Star because well, it just ain't the greatest pizza. We have 1 FREE pizza coupon left so I'm sure we'll be back. read more

Great place, definitely different than the other stores. Highly recommend always on point.

I usually have a great experience but tonight was miserable. 40 minutes from the time my wife placed the order until I got my food. Multiple people came in and ordered in person and got their food before I got mine. I ordered one large pizza and breadsticks. I give 3 stars because of the 100 good experiences but this time was terrible. read more

I went to pick up a pizza for an older person. I was extremely disappointed when I arrived around 6:00-6:30 pm Friday night 10-17-2020 and not one of the workers wore a mask. (5 workers) Also they didn't require people coming in the business to wear a mask and the store was packed with no social distancing. I am very very disappointed and worried that these young workers have a very casual view of the Covid virus. How sad! read more

I am lowering my original review because of the same problem that I had with the Little Ceasars on Midkiff. It is a Saturday afternoon, there was no line of people, yet they had no Pepperoni pizza and no crazy bread available? Not only that, but when I asked about it, they just said "we don't have crazy bread right now." No offer to put some in and no timetable. The entire premise of Little Ceasars is "hot and ready" and no waiting but I guess the ones in Midland don't seem to care about their promise. read more

I came here two days ago pizza was pretty good just one think I didn't like was that i FOUND A HAIR IN THE SAUCE!!!

The staff is friendly, store is clean, and pizzas are always ready. Went in a few nights ago to get a pizza, there was a line but took us not very long to get in and out - with NO wait time on a pizza. They seem very organized, and seem to run smooth. Other nights we have gone, they had lines out the door but still managed to keep pizzas ready and customers happy. They gained a lifelong customer! This one is 10/10 and a whole lot better than the one on Midkiff! read more

No stars for this place! I order a pizza with crazy bread n wings and I was waiting for almost an hour just to find out my order was already ready but was sitting on the side getting cold! And when I came back in to ask them if they can remake my whole order because it was cold the lil Mexican dude with the glasses was being so rude he wasn't sincere about his apology and he just said he will give me a refund but all I wanted was for him to remake the order but then after we are all arguing he tries to throw the pizza at my wife and then curses at us to not order from them anymore! Do not go to this place they are rude and the people working there is careless about the people's order! I must of seen like 4 or 5 people come in and they ordered online to come in to them telling the customers they don't have that product but the customer already paid for it. Ridiculous! I called the Little Caesars on Wadley, asking if they would have lunch pizzas available or if I should place an order. I was assured that they would have them ready. When I arrived, there were none. I had no time to wait for them to prepare the pizza. I went to work hungry then decided to call the one on Midkiff and place an order. I was told it would be about 20 minutes. I continued to work then left to pick up the food. I arrived about 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. I was then told they forgot to put the order in. I waited 15 minutes for the pizza. When I asked about the cheesy bread, they said they didn't have any ready. It was part of the order! I had to wait another 15 minutes for that. While waiting I called the corporate office to complain. I was told the franchise people would call me within 48 hours. It's been over a week since the experience. I'm certain the franchise owner in Midland doesn't care at all about customers. Apparently they are raking in the money so don't care if they lose a few customers. read more
