On our way out, I spoke to a manager. His response was, basically the same. Not I'm sorry, it was "we could have cooked it a little longer" This was a horrible cut of meat, definitely not a filet. Unfortunately this is our last time we will eat at this place of business and with the attitude I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
