We had already mentally prepared ourselves to make turkey sandwiches for dinner but were pleasantly surprised to drive by Branding Iron still open at like 9:20 PM. Turns out a van full of storm chasers got there at like 850 just before normal closing time. I walked in and asked if we could also sit down and eat and the waitress said "well he's still back there cooking". So we went from having turkey sandwiches for dinner to a very fun and enjoyable experience with solid food and good drinks. A dinner I won't forget any time soon.

I ordered once on the app and it charged me for my order 6 different times. I called the restaurant and was polite just letting them know I was charged 6 different times. After being passed around and finally getting handed to a manager, I pretty much got told, "Don't know what to tell ya." No apology, nothing! I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and I get it, things happen. I am not one to bash on a business especially when it comes to technological problems. Technology sucks. But maybe an apology would have been nice or an explanation at least. I just pushed it off and let it go after calling my bank when they said it is strange but looks like just some kind pre-authorization. After 4 days, my money was back in my account. Okay, fine. Must of been a glitch or something. Fast forward to this Sunday and we order again on the app. They charged my card 11 different times! What was to be $60 pizza order turned into $660! I am beyond mad because all I am getting is, "Call your bank." I have checks out that may bounce because this Pizza Hut is poorly managed and can't get their crap together. This is absolutely ridiculous!! And to not be given any kind of guidance or assistance other than feeling a like a burden for asking why they are holding my money!! Stayed here while conducting business in the area…read more Exterior grounds: the exterior was clean and presentable. There was ample parking for a variety of different sized vehicles. Interior: the entire hotel was very clean and had a nice appearance. I utilized the board room for classes and it was the perfect size as well as clean. The breakfast area was always clean. It is a little confusing as there is a "bar" area to the left of the entrance that has juice and coffee available. I wasn't sure I could go back there, but the staff let me know it was perfectly fine. Room: the room was far more spacious than I expected and very clean. It was exceptionally comfortable for both working and relaxing. The only complaint I have is that the walls were pretty thin. I could hear the running feet from the floor above me and once in a while, heard others from above. There were just enough power outlets for each of my devices, which is nice. Breakfast: it was a good breakfast, though it didn't change at all. It would be nice to have a little variety each day. Staff: they were all wonderful! They were able to provide me information about the local area, such as restaurants, shopping, etc. Everyone was very personable and professional. Wi-fi: I had no issues with the wi-fi the entire time. For being in a such a small town, I had expected some, but it was flawless! Overall, this is a very nice hotel and I would utilize it again if I need to come back to this area.
