If you read about this particular location, you will see several 1-star reviews. You will also see mention of this location being one of the worst in the United States of America. I do not know if they earned that title, but this location does struggle in the customer service and food industry. This is your normal Little Ceasers location. You have the drink area, you have a pickup portal, and you have to wait! That's why people dislike this location so much. I've been here many times, and sometimes they knock service right out of the park, but as of late, they miss the mark greatly, consistently. Let's take tonight as an example. I used the app to order my food. I tried to ensure that after 40 minutes of driving, my food would be ready to go. I greatly underestimated this location's ability to make me wait for 2 Detroit styled, pepperoni pizzas. That's right, I didn't order anything fancy or anything of abundance. 2 pizzas...2 one topping pizzas. It was an hour between my order time and when they actually put it in the oven. Go check my screenshots directly from the app. I waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. I did not give this location 1-star because how can anyone prepare for being short staffed. They seem to always be short staffed. Given that many people do not like to work, you can not force them to have staffing. Tonight, I watched one woman run all around the store trying to complete as many orders as possible with 2 slowly moving, lethargic youngsters. You can only play the cards you are dealt and try to make the best of the situation. If you are in a rush, do not come to this location. If you want to ensure you get fresh food, you may have to wait, but the food is going to be fresh. read more

I saw the reviews and thought to myself, how bad could it be? Well I will never know because I walked in to order, staff was very rude and unprofessional and said it would be over an hour wait for just one pizza! Walked out so quick. What a shame. read more

I honestly made a pickup delivery for myself when I was 30 minutes away and online it said the pizza would be ready around 8:45 - 8:50 and as soon as I got here a school bus pulled up and they ordered like 25 pizzas. So instead of getting my order out first, they decided to make the school bus pizza first. Online is supposed to skip the line but tonight that did not happen for me. - Do you think they would put chairs in the lobbies since there are so many people that order from this place, cheap pizza with shitty service - I'm sure we all know that's every little Caesar. Food was ok over cooked the whole crew was running around with their head up their butts I ordered a pizza and hot wings and bread sticks. The guy up front on the register put the order in I got the pizza but no hot wings or bread sticks the crew on the night shift don't listen to the customers and the crew's hygiene is very poor no hair nets and on gloves when preparing the food for orders I'm surprised nobody has gotten sick yet from all the cross contamination that's going on in the restaurant I think they should be shut down until they can get a crew and manager that cares about their customers and business read more

First of all I've always liked Little Caesar's, but this location really is the worst I've ever visited. I placed an order the day before, so they had about a 24 to have my order ready. I walk in at the pick-up time I asked for and am told it's going to be another 10-15 minutes. I come back after 15 minutes and am told they are working on the order and it's going to be another 15 minutes. If you order anything at this location be ready to wait an extra 45 min to an hour for your food. This is probably going to be the last time I order here. Do yourself a favor and just spend a few extra dollars and try another pizza place. read more

Ordered online still had to wait and the pizza was raw and not cut. I called in told the Mgr she said fine bring pizzas in we will change them out np. I called and told same Mgr I was coming in told her what time and I'm standing here waiting on her 43 minutes as of right now. The guy behind the counter has had 14 customers and has told me to move instead of taking care of this. She has totally ignored me. I'm still waiting. Dirty, poor customer service, extremely unorganized, always short staffed and poor management. This place would fail a health inspection.

To start with- if I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered an ultimate supreme pizza, which came missing some of the main ingredients, but had black olives randomly added. When we spoke to the manager named Shelby, she stated that they were out of those ingredients, and just made the pizza without them, and didn't see the need to call us and see if we'd prefer another pizza, or take this one as is. Instead of offering to make the mistake right in any way, the manager said there was nothing she could do about it, with the exception of giving a free pepperoni pepperoni pizza (which would be wasted in our house). On top of having our concerns completely disregarded, the manager was too busy laughing at a joke from a coworker. All in all, easily the worst experience we've had from a typically reliable restaurant. I strongly doubt we will return after this debacle read more

When in here just to grab some breadsticks and some sauce, the crazy combo I guess. I don't go to Little Caesars very often but anytime I have they at least got some breadsticks ready to go. I went ahead and ordered and paid assuming that it was ready. Shit head cashier, Mr. gaged ears looking like a douche just turns around and walks away. Super bad attitude on that guy, so I had a seat for a minute and decided just to leave without my stuff. This place has the worst customer service and does not even deserve a star! We ordered online before 9pm and they closed at 10pm. I went to the store because my order was supposed to be done by 9:22pm; which isn't the first time this has happened, but my daughter loves their pizza so we continue to keep going until now. The lady working there had the worst attitude from the moment I walked in, which I ended up waiting for 15 minutes just to see if it was ready. Which she snapped at me because I asked and said that nobody's order was ready. We waited there until 9:50pm, when she just decided that she was gonna refund everybody's money back because she wasn't going to make any more pizzas, which is her job? I don't understand why this lady still has a job there with an attitude like that and can just decide when she can stop doing her job just because the time they close is at 10. She turned away about 10 other customers besides myself, which is a loss of revenue for your establishment. I am beyond pissed and will never step foot back in your store!! Family loves that new bacon wrapped pan pizza - but they seem to run out of it too often. The last two times we tried to order one we were told, "All out." Other pizzas are fair, more like the frozen supermarket variety than a fresh pie. Staff is friendly and service is good. read more
