Wednesday night August 3rd 6:19 p.m. I went into the Domino's on 190 in Livingston there were three people behind the counter not busy the restaurant was empty it was not busy and I was asked if I could be helpful medium Pizza three toppings $7.99 I would like to get two of those please. The big dope behind the counter said that's an online order price only I can sell you a five topping medium pizza for $10.99. I said that's too much for me and I guess I can go somewhere else and he said okay thank you for coming in he let me walk away to go buy pizza somewhere else when I was in front of him I walked into my own accord I had money in my hand and he let me walk away. I would fire this young man immediately because you have no idea what else he's doing to destroy your business by letting me walk out of there over a three item online pizza purchase he forced me to go somewhere else and I went to Pizza Hut and guess what I spent way more money but they were nice about it there's a copy of the receipt. I wouldn't employ this big dope one more second he took money out of the owner's mouth and that of his family because he doesn't have any foresight he's a danger to your business I will never come into Domino's again and by the way that was the first time I'd ever walked in the door there I'm here for the summer I'm a 63 year old man and I know smart when I see it he is not smart. Made an online order and never got the 20% advertised. The order was what we always order. Medium pizza, 1 salad and bread sticks. Last year the total was 18.00 dollars. We just ordered boneless chicken wings. When they arrived 6 of the 8 were so small that 3 at a time would fit on their dipping sauce containers. One was so small it was all breading and no chicken. When we called, the manager John Ward refused to take the phone call stating "he can't control the size of the chicken". While we fully understand this, John Ward could have done any of the following: 1. Took the phone call and listened to his customer 2. Normally I don't have a problem with this place but today was just not okay. I asked for a spinach Alfredo chicken pizza and I got a pizza with only Alfredo and some chicken slapped on it. I placed phone order Fridat night (Dominos App not functioning for this location) specifically requested plates/napkins. Told 20-30 min delivery. I called at 58 min into wait time. Told he'd be there soon he was out on multiple deliveries. When he got there we asked if plates in there. He said yes. I overtipped cause that's what we do. Opened order. NO napkin NO plates. We cut the box top into plates and grabbed the kleenex for napkins. Picked up slice of pizza and it collapsed. the entire middle of pizza was spoon worthy. the crust part tough. I hit an email a few minutes later titled 'sorry we didn't meet your expectations' with a link. (I guess cause I called to ask about delivery status ). Hit the link=Broken link. The next morning I called the store. I politely ran down the experience and the clerk response: "Did you call them last night?". "They we're the ones that made your pizza". I asked her name. she refused to provide. I asked 20 times. she snotily asked "what's your name?". I told her I provided my name and asked her name again. I explained I had come in person earlier and they were closed. I had taken the franchise owners info and had already left a voice mail for call back. I again requested her name. she terminated the call. I called the franchise owners # a 2nd time to voice mail and indicated he would be wise to check the schedule to find out who was working. I then edited 20 min and called the store back. I sat on hold for extended time. as the system shows ph# of caller I got to edit longer. then the line was picked up and terminated without any greeting. soooo if you want a bad pizza. bad service and a really rude staff THIS is your place to go. read more

I said ok as long as its not paper thin.
