They straight up refused service to me because it was too late. I walked in at 10:25pm. They closed at 11pm...Actually unreal hahahaha

Sorry, I work phone based customer service, and I can't just stop taking calls when I think I need to end my day instead of the time my day ends. I Ordered from out of town asked if they had a wait they said no and then touk my order wich was only 1 pepperoni pizza how hard could one pizza be right . , said pizza was going to be done in 10-15 minutes got there 20 minutes later and pizza wasn't done they said 8 more minutes . Okay not a big deal we can wait a couple minutes but then we got our pizza another 30 minutes later we check the pizza it's a extra sausage pizza . The girl there didn't look like she knew what she was doing at all the guy didn't give a f about his job obviously or who got what . Horrible horrible horrible customer service. 1. They never answer their phone!! 2. They will forgot to slice your pizza (which is common courtesy!) 3. They forget small items ordered through delivery/pick up/DoorDash. Yes, they are cheap. Still not worth it, especially when they won't even compensate you for THEIR mistake. I placed and paid for my order (a single item) through the app. There was a curbside option when ordering, which I selected. When I arrived at the store, I parked in a space directly in front of the door. I called the store and explained politely what order I had and that I was parked out front and asked if they would please bring it out to me. I worked at a similar pizza place for 5 years, I know this is not an uncommon or unreasonable request, especially since it was one item that was already paid for, I was mere feet away from the door, and the store was empty/had no other customers. I also have done this once before at this location and the employee had no issue with it. However this time, the "manager" immediately gave me an attitude and said, "is there a medical reason you can't come inside?" This is EXTREMELY inappropriate and deplorable customer service! If my own employer can't legally ask me about my medical history, why should a fast food manager who is supposed to be providing quality customer service? I should have told her my health is none of her business, but instead told her I wasn't feeling well and I had my dog in the car. She was extremely rude and told me she was not required to do so and would not again. She came across as extremely lazy, entitled, and argumentative. She spent a solid minute lecturing me on the phone instead of simply doing her job. I asked for the owner's number or corporate and she would not give it to me. I refused the food and asked for a refund instead and she told me she would not refund me because the food was already made! As someone who worked in the food industry for more than half a decade I know that is absolutely not a valid reason, she just did not want to refund my money. As I was leaving she tried to give a last ditch excuse (with an extremely rude and insulting attitude) that she didn't want to be bit by my dog (which would never ever happen by the way, he was not within reach of her and why would I bring a vicious dog with me in public? He wouldn't hurt a fly) but even if that excuse were true, she didn't know I had a dog in the car until long after giving me flack about being politely asked to walk TWO FEET OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR to hand me a single small box through my window and refusing a refund for her poor customer service skills! I will never go to Little Caesar's ever again if this is how they treat their customers. read more

Worst service ever!! They told be they wouldn't serve me without a face diaper but yet the lady in the back cooking everything thing was not wearing one, and saw her sneeze and wipe her nose!! She wouldn't even provide me with a face diaper. If they are not providing face diapers and aren't following the rules why push them on me. It's what you can expect from a pizza you only pay $5-$8 for, its tasty, the kids like it and it's cheap ( and I've never gotten food poisoning). The only complaint I would have is that the employees and the store almost always look dirty so maybe some talks about good hygiene and how to use a broom and mop would be in order. read more

I can't help it, I like their 3 meat treat and I love their Italian Cheese Bread. I'm a WOU student living alone and value is important to me. Six Dollar Pizza To-Go, Please! As everyone knows, their $5 special pepperoni pizza is among the worst restaurant foods on sale in the entire world. Their Five Dollar special chicken wings is even worse than their pizza. Two-liter sodas, when was the last time I bought one? Store coupons, haven't used one in quite a while. A great anecdote would be Dennis Miller's joke about a special on polo shirts at K-Mart, buy two, get three "If they really wanted to rip you off, they'd stick you with four of them." Given that I live here locally and mostly walk or bike, given that I often have five dollars of discretionary cash on food, it's got macro-nutrient calories that I can afford to ingest despite their being generally recognized as unfit for human consumption. Always nice bunch in there. $7.50 is awesome for a stuffed crust pizza. This is a college town so everything but bars close at 9pm. I am happy to say I get the itch for pizza at 9:15pm and I call in and they make a fresh stuffed pizza in 15-25 minutes. read more

This store has gone to the dogs. It was a good place to get pizza a few years ago, but now it offers the worst that can be had in both quality ,and service. Whatever you do don't call them and complain, or Jordan will tell you how "ignorant" you are for it. I have never been treated so badly at a place of business, and we will never go back. I give this place a 0 star review. Lived in this town 80% of my life. They have failed multiple health inspections in the past 7 years and now under the new owners as of a few years ago it's wors. Nearly every time I go there I have food poisoning for a few days. Plus I went in today and got or Tryed to get one of the new smokehouse pizzas and it took 45 to 50 min and when I talked to them they told me another 10 min. So I watched them my pizza was never in or made plus when I confronted them they told me I was not telling the truth about how long I have been there. Then I got my money nack and was kicked out and totally disrespected. Also on a disgusting note. I saw the manager drop a pan on the floor and still return it to the clean rack of pans to be reused. so go there if you want food poisoning and pizza cooked on pans that have been on the floor with out being washed. I will never go to that health risk of a food joint agen. Also I advise that people should not go there. Also I will say the health department will here about this. read more
