I ordered 1 stuffed crust pizza and 1 order of Cheese Steak Puffs online at 4pm Saturday, September 27th for a 5pm pick up. I arrived at 5 and no order. The one employee that working the front counter kept helping others and ignoring me. Much of the time No One was working the counter. Finally, at 5:30 he told me that my order would be out in 3 minutes. Then he disappeared into the back again. I waited an additional 5 minutes, and he had not returned. I ordered 3 Stuffed Crust Crazy Pizza and I did not receive my order as asked but was most definitely charged in full. I called the store to report the issue hoping for a solution to this problem. She proceeded to tell me I have to go back to the store to get it fixed or for a refund. I explained I was at work and can't do either at the moment. Not only was my order incorrect, no receipt was given, I already had to wait, when I called, the employee was extremely rude, refused to accommodate/fix my order, flat out told me, no refund/replacement without a receipt (they did not provide), despite me telling her I live over 70 miles away, then she slammed/hung up the phone in my face, very rudely. I'm writing this review while I wait in the drive through. I ordered my pizza through the app and it said it would be ready at 6:41. I get the notification it's ready and get in the drive through. I've now been here for 35 minutes and have moved up two car spaces. This is ridiculous. My pizza will now be old and cold by the time I get it as I'm still 6 cars back. If I wasn't blocked in I would reverse and leave. Whoever is the manager running this place should be ashamed of the service they are providing. Update: my pizza was ready at 6:41 and I didn't get it till 7:30. I was in the drive through for 51 minutes. When I got home (5 minutes max) my pizza was cold. Every time I'ved come here and I've given this particular location a try a few times since it's local to our house, each time I come & I order through drive tru they don't have any pizza ready and I'm told it's over a 35 minute wait.. no thank you. I usually have someone decent experiences but tonight was a waste of time. I came in wanted to try the new crazy stuffed crust pizza they have going on, but left disappointed. I ordered online and picked up drive through which they had on time for once. But when I got to the window and checked my pizza, I see that it's just a regular stuffed crust pizza. I let what I assume the manager know that I believe it comes with the crazy sauce/garlic sauce on top and he said that's extra... I reminded him that I ordered that pizza and he asked if I had my receipt. I'm pulling up my phone and he said he'll just look on his screen. He said I did order that but it's just a regular stuffed crust. I said in the promo it comes with the sauce and have a photo and he said again it's just cheese inside. I've come here a few times. We love the food, but it takes FOREVER. A bit over an hour for one pizza and some crazy bread. I've had to wait when no other guests were there. Drive thru packed with orders that need to be picked up and the same with the overcrowded lobby. We have two other pizza places in the same city that will earn our business from now on. Placed an online order for ASAP pickup. One hour later, no email confirmation saying my order would be ready, like it said I would get. I hesitantly make my way over and lo and behold, my pizza is not ready nor placed in the pizza portal like it should have been. There's also no one at the front to speak to and there's a dozen other customers who are probably just as frustrated as I am that no one working here is capable of making a single pizza. I was not going to wait over an hour for a mediocre pizza, so I just left. I had already paid online, so guess who got robbed of their money. There's not a single person to speak to in store and I called them on the phone and was on hold for over half an hour. I did my due diligence to try to get this resolved, but I'm just gonna have to call my bank to dispute the charge, which if I recall, results in a $20 penalty for the merchant. I didn't want to resort to this, but I can't say I feel bad about it in the slightest. This must be the only reason they're in business. They take your money from online orders, hope you get fed up and leave, and pray that you don't try to get a refund. There's literally a Domino's in the same lot as this place. An infinitely better place in every aspect. Better value, faster, tastier, better service, better everything. No reason to choose this disgrace of a location.
