Well she was very sweet,friendly and fast she had pizzas in the over going. Checking in guest with order,cashing people out and all while keeping a great attitude. When I asked if it was just her she mentioned her teammates was on lunch. She made me smile just watching how busy she was but in the mist of everything going on she was such a good sport. I place an online order to this location by mistake I called them right away to stop them from making it and to ask for help on getting a refund or getting it transfer to the location I was at. The employee didn't care ro ask for my order info and quickly dismiss me telling me there was nothing he could do on his end to go through the app which is what I ordered through. The app does not have an option to cancel or request a refund he told me to file a complaint. It was a mistake on my end but he was not professional or helpful. I still made a purchase at the correct location they explained in a great manner that the are all franchise and can't transfer an order. read more

I hadn't been to this place in quite some time, no reason in particular. We were talking about it work, so I decided to stop in. I honestly thought they were closed when I walked in at 4pm on a Friday evening in summer. Pleasantly surprised to find out they were open and I could order. That's when it went down hill. The young lady that came out from behind the door was pretty rude and seemed rushed and I don't know why. I was the only customer in the place!! The other young lady that took my money, although very quiet, seemed happier. The worst part was when I got home. My pizza was so undercooked, not even toasted crust, I couldn't pick up a slice with all the toppings and sauce sliding off. If not for my air fryer, I would have tossed the whole pie!! Don't come to this Pieology, they are out of many toppings, then the toppings they do have they give you a limited amount due to a "topping shortage" as the sign says. They also have no drinks. I love blaze pizza, and sense they don't have it here in perris. I decided to give it a try sense they have the same concept. But after trying, it never coming here again. The dough was soggy, the onions are where still raw and made my pizza teste horrible. Plus they charge a $1 to get ranch. What ever happened to good customer service? I put my order in online and was given a 25 minute wait time. Arrived on time to pick up my order and was told someone already pick it up. Ummmm nope, I'm right here. The employee reprinted my order and confirmed that was the correct order. He told me to give him a few minute to prepare a new order. No sorry, no sort of remorse for giving my order to someone else. I also noticed there was no other order waiting so if they gave my order to someone else, why wasn't the other persons order still there waiting still? No one ever came back saying they got an incorrect order, mine, either. So on top of waiting the original 25 min for my order I had to wait another 25 min for the order. When my order was done he brought it to me and said "here you go". Still no sorry, no thank you for waiting or sorry for any inconvenience this caused you or your family waiting. We went in today 1/29/24 for two pizzas. The staff member that helped us out was extremely rude. She wouldn't even let us talk and give our order. They didn't have a couple things which is okay it happens. The other staff member had great customer service but what looked like was the manager was very rude. Honestly you should just go to the one in Moreno Valley. They had the most amazing customer service over there and they actually put the toppings on it unlike here where they only put 8 of the smallest pepperonis on a bacon and pepperoni pizza. From the pizza to the service to the cleanliness, this location gets a solid 5 Stars! The Pieology in Perris is one of our "go to" lunch spots, and they have yet to let us down. The food is great, the service is incredible, and the establishment is clean. This is clearly the result of effective management. I believe the manager of this location is "Louis." Food: If you haven't been to Pieology, they offer different crust types that you can coat with olive oil or butter. Then you can select your preferred sauce and cheese. Next comes the vegetable selections and then the meats. If you prefer a crispier crust, just let the employee know; they're really great at getting this right. They also have salads. I should also mentioned the beverage bar and delicious watermelon tea. Service: As I indicated above, the service at this location is off the hook. Each employee has been welcoming, friendly, and attentive. It also awesome to get great service at mid-range fast restaurants; regardless of who is working. Cleanliness: The establishment has always been clean, and I have yet to encounter a dirty or wobbly table. The management and employees clearly take pride in their work and want to provide an excellent experience. Again, a solid 5 stars in every category at this Pieology location! I am writing to express my frustration with a recent experience at your Perris CA store. While building my own pizza, I was informed by an employee that I could not add extra cheese or marinara sauce, even though I was willing to pay for the additional toppings. I have visited this location several times before and have added extra marinara when I felt it was needed--just a small amount, not excessive. So, I was confused and disappointed when I was told I could not do this on my recent visit. I politely asked the employee for the manager's name and contact information to clarify the store policy, but she refused to provide it. Instead, she asked for my name and number, stating that a manager would contact me, As someone with retail experience, I know this is not standard practice, and I found the employee's refusal and attitude unprofessional and disrespectful.I wanted to make it clear that I was fully aware she was refusing to provide her managers information . I expressed my frustration by touching the side of my head, almost as if to ask, 'What's the issue here?' I then made a gesture, tapping my head, as if to check if she was okay with her actions. She became so bothered by my gesture that the employee asked me to leave, which felt ridiculous since I wasn't being rude, loud, or disrespectful in any way. I was just trying to comprehend why she was being rude and refusing to provide us the information. Prior to this all I wanted was a clarification on the policy by the current manager. Due to this negative experience, I had to leave the store, despite still being willing to make my purchase. I am hoping to get more information regarding this policy and a resolution to my experience. Based on this encounter, I am hesitant to return to any of your establishments in the future. As for the employee I hope sincerely she finds a job she truly loves because I can tell she hates every second of her working shift and that's just truly a sad situation to be in. The doors was looked and they was cleaning the floor and said they couldn't let us in. We had some friends who came a few min earlier and they were inside and ordered, but we were not allowed inside. Our friend inside had to order for us and brought it out to us, so we had to eat outside. I was craving a delicious pizza on the evening of Christmas. I've never been to a Pieology store, but believe me... I am now a loyal customer. I was helped by Gabe, Juan, and Eddie, and they provided me a wonderful experience throughout the whole pie-making process. My food was absolutely delectable! I have never custom-ordered a pizza before, however my experience here made it both easy and fun! The employees working tonight were both very friendly and immensely helpful, serving me with kindness and a smile on their faces. Holy crud please come here I absolutely adore Pielogy! From the moment I stepped into their storefront, I was blown away by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and are always willing to go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you're looking for. As for the products themselves, they are absolutely top-notch. The quality and craftsmanship that goes into each and every pie is truly impressive, and I have yet to be disappointed by anything I've purchased from Pielogy. The best thing about Pielogy is their commitment to sustainability and ethical production. The service is impeccable the two workers, Juan and Eddie, were amazing when I went. They were extremely helpful in finding the pizza just right for me. If anyone needs a delicious fresh pie please come here, and if Juan and Eddie are there you know the za is going to be amazing! This was our first visit here. We ordered: Bambino pepperoni - this was extremely greasy. I used 5-6 napkins just blotting off the grease from 2 small pieces Wheat crust with cheese, spinach and tomato - good pizza but lacking toppings Cauliflower crust with dairy free cheese, mushrooms, onion, spinach, artichoke and bell pepper - we were impressed by the crust, although it was extremely crunchy, but again lacking in toppings. Salad with tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and artichokes. The woman's restroom trash was overflowing and out of toilet seat covers at 12:45 The music in the entire place was WAY to loud! I like my music turned all the way up in my car and working but NOT when trying to have conversations. The music made it difficult to order.
