    my pizza "how they make it at this location" lol

    this little caesar's is hilariously bad. i got the new pizza that advertises "over 100 pepperonis" but they gave me a regular pizza. i asked them why it wasn't made as advertised and they said "we don't make it like that at this location" lol i returned my pizza and had a good laugh about it. my bro got a pizza from the atwater location and it was made as advertised. i guess they make it like that over there lol.

    If I can I will give negative (-5) lack of attendance and health issue. Food is ok. But the cahier and the kitchen need major attention.

    I was a longtime customer of this particular Me & Eds and I even wrote a positive YELP review for…read morethem in 2020, but then.. A few months ago I was having people over to watch basketball and decided to order buffalo wings. I specifically asked for "buffalo wings" to which the employee asked, "Would you like hot or regular?" I said, "regular." I picked up the order, got home to discover I had an order of very overcooked, plain chicken wings. (Who orders plain wings? Cooked, unseasoned meat is ruined meat) So, I called to let Me & Eds know I didn't get buffalo wings, that I couldn't bring back the order that evening as I had guests at my house and asked if I could return the order the following day... The employee, who I don't think had worked there very long, decided she needed to make sure I knew it wasn't her fault, but mine: "No you ordered plain wings, remember? I asked if you wanted regular wings and you said yes." I said, "You asked if I wanted hot or regular, which I assumed meant mild, so I said 'regular.' I would never order plain, cooked wings." Instead of just helping me, she decided to die on her "I'm right, you're wrong, hill." She then said she'd get the "manager. It wasn't the manager, but the most senior employee, and I just repeated what happened and simply asked if I could bring the order back the following day for a refund, as again, I had guests. "No" was her answer. "You have to return the order on the same day" which makes zero sense. What happens if someone picks up their order at 8:30pm, but notices they got the wrong order after the restaurant closed at 9pm? Are they told the next day that they can't get a refund? - Yeah, that was BS. I was then pissed. I left my guests in my house, drove to the restaurant, walked in with the order and both employees ignored my presence. So petty... I just said out loud, "Can I get a refund for this?" One of them said, with her back to me, "Yes." So I left the order and walked out. Weeks later I went through my bills and discovered that I never got the refund from Me & Eds, so I called and spoke to the actual manager. I told him nothing about his overly-argumentative employee, or the "you have to return your order on the same day" crap, and just told him about not getting a refund. After a brief conversation he said, "I'll look into it and get back to you," but just as he was about to hang up I had to ask, "Don't you want my name and number?" "Oh, yeah. What's your name?" - How the hell was he going to "look into" my not getting are fund with knowing who he was even talking to?? I still don't understand what this employee thought she was going to gain by arguing with me so vehemently. I'd been a regular customer there for 6, 7, 8_+ years and yet her arguing, then their petty "you have to bring your order back today" BS has resulted in me deciding to never spend money there again.

Just like we remembered! The dining area is smaller than Lodi was, but very clean! And the guy that waited on us (I think he may have been the owner) was so nice! Will definitely make a trip back!!

Her customer service skills were absolutely superior from start to finish. Handling a group that size is not easy, but she moved effortlessly the entire night and never once seemed overwhelmed. Katie was personable, upbeat, attentive, and had an incredible personality that made the whole experience even better. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, drinks stayed full, orders were right, and the atmosphere stayed fun and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. This was my third or fourth visit here, and all of the waitresses have always been awesome, but this was my first experience with Katie--and in my opinion, she is the gold standard of customer service. She turned a good dinner into a memorable experience. If you visit Falcon's Lair, I highly recommend asking for Katie. She's the kind of employee every restaurant wishes they had!
