So we let them know in about 10 minutes later a young man put ice in the top. After 45 minutes of waiting for our food and still not getting it. I went up to the counter and asked if our food was getting close. Meanwhile, the place was still dirty tables unattended to and the salad bar looked exactly the same. All this why I saw two workers sitting at the bar, maybe on a break? But the timing of this seemed off to be honest the young man said that our food had just came out and they were cutting it up. About five minutes later, our food was delivered to the table. However, my wife's pizza was wrong. We checked the ticket and the ticket didn't match what she ordered. She told the guy to not remake it that she was hungry cause we've been sitting there for so long, so she just ate what was presented to us. It was at that time that I Voice, my displeasure for seeing workers sitting at a bar and the place in shambles and then our food comes and it's wrong. He just listened to my complaint and had nothing to say. He then asked for my wife's name and said that the next time we came back, she would get a free pizza. And I thought to myself, next time? Why not go ahead and take the pizza that you got wrong off of the bill? Next time, doesn't mean lost profits. If we don't return, then there's nothing lost. At this point we just really wanted out of here. I don't trust the fact that her name is on some sort of a list that's ongoing for screwed up orders. When you look at the reviews online about this business, really focus on the last 12 months. So many reviews are about customer service, rudeness, and overall performance. From now on, as much as I don't want to, we will go to Mountain Mikes.

Just wanted to wright a review about the awesome customer service from the team especially Jorge. Long story short my wife made a mistake ordering the pizza l, she thought she ordered it for delivery, but she didn't. So I call wondering where my pizza was, and they said it was sitting in the store. Jorge offered to have a new pizza made and delivered to me, I said ok awesome. Then the pizzas arrive and one was incorrect. so I called again and he offered me a new one or a free one the next time I needed one. Just overall good customer service, even tho it really was my fault. Ty Jorge for your patients and ty to the two delivery that came as well.. read more

A few months ago I was having people over to watch basketball and decided to order buffalo wings. I specifically asked for "buffalo wings" to which the employee asked, "Would you like hot or regular?" I said, "regular." I picked up the order, got home to discover I had an order of very overcooked, plain chicken wings. (Who orders plain wings? Cooked, unseasoned meat is ruined meat) So, I called to let Me & Eds know I didn't get buffalo wings, that I couldn't bring back the order that evening as I had guests at my house and asked if I could return the order the following day... The employee, who I don't think had worked there very long, decided she needed to make sure I knew it wasn't her fault, but mine: "No you ordered plain wings, remember? I asked if you wanted regular wings and you said yes." I said, "You asked if I wanted hot or regular, which I assumed meant mild, so I said 'regular.' I would never order plain, cooked wings." Instead of just helping me, she decided to die on her "I'm right, you're wrong, hill." She then said she'd get the "manager. It wasn't the manager, but the most senior employee, and I just repeated what happened and simply asked if I could bring the order back the following day for a refund, as again, I had guests. "No" was her answer. "You have to return the order on the same day" which makes zero sense. What happens if someone picks up their order at 8:30pm, but notices they got the wrong order after the restaurant closed at 9pm? Are they told the next day that they can't get a refund? - Yeah, that was BS. I was then pissed. I left my guests in my house, drove to the restaurant, walked in with the order and both employees ignored my presence. So petty... I just said out loud, "Can I get a refund for this?" One of them said, with her back to me, "Yes." So I left the order and walked out. Weeks later I went through my bills and discovered that I never got the refund from Me & Eds, so I called and spoke to the actual manager. I told him nothing about his overly-argumentative employee, or the "you have to return your order on the same day" crap, and just told him about not getting a refund. After a brief conversation he said, "I'll look into it and get back to you," but just as he was about to hang up I had to ask, "Don't you want my name and number?" "Oh, yeah. What's your name?" - How the hell was he going to "look into" my not getting are fund with knowing who he was even talking to?? I still don't understand what this employee thought she was going to gain by arguing with me so vehemently. I'd been a regular customer there for 6, 7, 8_+ years and yet her arguing, then their petty "you have to bring your order back today" BS has resulted in me deciding to never spend money there again.
