Arrived ten minutes early to the estimated arrival time. Pizza was already dried out under the heat lamp. I don't know if they put sauce on the thing. Ordered pizza and it was really good. My only complaint was the delivery driver. I left a 9$ tip which was well above the normal. He insisted on talking about how he needed gas money and needing help and made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn't have cash so I tipped bigger on my card. Hope all is well. read more

Great food for cheap college kids but maybe not for families. I have had many of the pizzas and even the chicken Alfredo and all of it has been great. It tastes best after a few drinks of course. One star is one too many. The ONLY reasons to ever give your money to this garbage establishment are because it's open late, and you're starving. (It's late hours are its single redeeming feature, and, I imagine, the ONLY reason they're still in business.) And, upon serious reconsideration, you're far better off starving. I've given it more than enough chances. Food is always half-cooked, un-cut, soggy and disgusting. I've also dealt with the management in the past. They are rude and could not possibly care less about your experience or their product. And I mean, seriously, you have to actively try to mess up a pizza, which they consistently do. We googled cousin Vinny's and clicked on the link that said to order. Placed our order that took us through yelp, went in to pick it up and they said they didn't have our order. They said they couldn't take our order in person because they'd be "stealing" a customer from yelp and if we wanted our money back we'd have to contact yelp. We weren't able to get our food or place a new order. Completely unacceptable and poor service and this was our first try with cousin Vinny's. Will not be returning. read more

We've been enjoying their pizza and sandwiches for some time. Sometimes 2-3 times a week with all of our competing work schedules. But, over time I am watching the quality slide. Tonight we ordered an Italian sandwich along with our pizzas, as we have done several times. When I opened it I was astonished to find two paper thin slices of meat covered in vegetables. When I first discovered Vinny's about a year ago the Italian sandwich was solid, and I didn't have to look for the meat. Quite disappointed. Honestly, worst customer experience. I ordered a cheese pizza through DoorDash (yes, I am aware they are a separate company) and Cousin Vinny's Pizza made me the wrong pizza. I contacted Cousin Vinny's immediately and asked if I could just get a cheese pizza later on in the week for the wrong pizza. I was told this was a DoorDash issue. It's not. It's a Cousin Vinny's Pizza issue for not paying attention to detail of the simple cheese pizza order. I was then told I had to save the pizza and bring it back later to get a new one. The manager was not apologetic at all. I order from this company at least once a week and my work does as well. This is ridiculous and a lack of strong management. read more

It's no wonder why 24% of their online reviews are 1 stars!!! Wish I could give 0 stars but by default I have to give at least 1 star. Absolutely terrible. Waited for 2 Almost 3 hours hours for my pizza to even be on the way although said my order would arrive in 50 minutes. Had a 60 dollar order and was told store manager was doing a "pee-on's" job in reference to being a delivery driver, by Mike whom he stated he was in charge at the time. Kept asking what HE could do every time told him I wanted to speak to a store manager. Was told on 3 different occasions the store manager would reach out to me to settle the issue as for when my pizza arrived it was completely ruined and COLD. Was told the box states there are no refunds but the box says "cash refunds" and does not specify no refund all in all only that there would not be any "cash" refunds. It's been a week and still no call or even an email. Will NEVER order from them again and highly suggest others beware of this so called "great priced pizza". Very sub par and will NEVER do business again. I hope someone higher up see's this and sees the type of business the Middletown Ohio Store is conducting. read more
