She was rude to every dog that was in the place in the two minutes I was in that kennel she then proceeded to charge us 130 dollars extra even though her sign and she told us a different price. He loves it there…read more The rooms are clean and the yard gives the dogs nice room to run around outside in good weather together. And each room even has their own private patios! And Brownie met his best friend Pete there and now they are best buds and we arrange dog park play dates. (See the photo below which was taken at Paws and emailed to us while he was there during a stay). We were first referred to Paws by a friend a few years ago when our dog, Brownie (who is a Standard Poodle), came home from a stay at Camp Bow Wow with his fur matted with poo around his bum!!! Shocking!!! Well, we were never going to take him back there again. Besides being offended at the idea of our beloved dog sitting in his own poo! In a small kennel (the conditions at BowWow) they also could never comb him out and blow him out properly there. So we always had to arrange for him to go to a groomers after each stay at Bow Wow which was an extra inconvenience and expense. On the other hand, the team at Paws are grooming experts and they can handle Standard Poodle hair whether for a basic end of stay bath, comb out and blow dry or a complete grooming. And the groomers are excellent. So in conclusion we just cannot say enough good things about the team at Paws and their wonderful resort.

We had a bad experience the last time we had to board our little doggie at another facility, so we were a little apprehensive trying a new place. Josh and the team at PC were so amazing and kind. They sent us pictures of our little doggie throughout her stay, and even asked us about our vacation. You can tell that they genuinely care about the dogs and put their best interest first. My dog loves it there. She came back more obedient and well-behaved. It was such a pleasant experience and we will absolutely be back. I feel like Josh and the team at PC is part of our extended dog family.
