My son started there when he was 2 years old, he had a good experience at the start with Katie. Thereafter Katie left and Alyssa came on board. Alyssa is a new graduate with no or little experience. My son needed speech and occupational therapy at the day care. Laura the manager was very pleased with the idea. After few visit for the therapy team they came to the conclusion that the environment is awkward. Laura the manger was not very happy with the comment. Consequently, every report we got at the end of the, looked like a criminal record (meaning all kind of bad behavior; hitting biting spitting...etc.) and they decided to terminate him for the day care. In conclusion I feel there was a conspiracy against my son because he needs extra attention (speech and occupational therapy) which the day care couldn't provide. In my opinion, the day care is organized by unprofessional people and they shouldn't betray the trust of other parents, after all our children are the most important issue in our life. read more
