They didn't ever contacted me to let me know if her name was pulled or not. I went to the school to check and the lady at the front office was kind of kicking me out of the school saying: if you didn't receive a phone call from us this mean that there is no spot for her. I asked her to check for my daughter's name and she kept repeating the same sentence loudly in the most rude way without even bother herself to check the name list. I really wonder how those people are supposed to teach kids manners and good behavior?

I went here for about 5 years and do not recommend it at all. Almost all the teachers are super…read morerude and on a major power trip, but a few of them are super nice. The staff talk bad about the students to each other, and are super biased (some of them are racist, sexist, and treat you worse if you're not popular). The work isn't even good either, it's all notes and remembering stuff, not actually learning. Ive also noticed that the school is so money hungry, theyre always trying to get funds or donations. Also the fence of the pearl building was broken for a whole year without fixing. (Still might be) and the school is right next to a mental hospital and highway so anyone could've just gotten in the school. And it's not just me who hates this school, everyone I've known who has gone here or goes here has nothing good to say about it.

Unfortunately this program is lacking. They tell you that they run this program like any other school in the WCSD. This is false! What normal school is cancelling school stating we don't have an instructor for the day. Would you not get a substitute instructor? My child was in their infant room. Classroom hours Monday to Thursday 8-4:30pm, Friday 8-12:30pm. Before my child was able to start the two "instructors" had to come do a home visit for me to sign forms. Since when do daycares do home visits? My child started the week of Thanksgiving 2025. I am a single parent in nursing school, not originally from Nevada so getting my child into the program felt like a lifesaver. I thought that I would have consistent care for my child Monday to Thursday. Well, that did not happen shortly after starting in November 2025 the classroom would send out a text messages 30-60 minutes prior to the 8am start time stating that the classroom was closed for the day. From 12/2025 to 5/2026 they have closed the classroom at least 17 times! When the first multiple day classroom closures happened I called and spoke to the manager, Amber. She stated that it was very uncommon for the classroom to be closed. Due to these last minute classroom closures I was left scrambling to find child care in order to make it to my school sessions. Another issue, was a day I had pre-planned to have a friend pick up my child due to my school schedule. I informed the daycare who would be picking up my child, I was told that this person could not do the pick up because I had not previously added them to the list and they (daycare) did not have a copy of their ID. At which time I told them, they didn't have a copy of my ID or another pick up persons ID, funny to be implementing a rule now but not at the beginning of us starting with you. Lastly, from the beginning I let them know my child was on a delayed vaccine schedule. When the daycare asked I would show proof of upcoming appointments/vaccine records. Most recently, week of 5/11/2026, I was told while trying to drop off for the day that they were sure if they could keep my child and that they needed to reach out to their health department. After a few phone calls that weren't answered I advised that I would take my child with me because I had to get to school myself and couldn't wait for them to get a call back. While I was there, I did remind the "instructor" that I had sent a copy of the updated vaccine record as well as a letter from the medical provider of the delayed schedule. If there was an issue with this they should have said something on 5/11/26.

My child has an IEP and they would send him home regularly for outbursts. My child was adopted from foster care. The little guy misses his biological family and has a hard time communicating & self regulating. They didn't so much as say bye to us when I withdrew my child. I'm sure they happy they don't have to deal with my child. That's how they made us feel anyhow.

We were deeply disappointed by this preschool's refusal to even meet and evaluate a child with a…read morephysical disability -- a child who is cognitively on track, meeting all developmental milestones, and independent in self-care. They informed the state that they "do not accept children with disabilities," which is alarming for any licensed program. Their website claims they help every child "shine" and provide a place where children are "safe, valued, and encouraged to grow," yet their actions toward this child reflected the opposite. It's deeply troubling to see a school that promotes Christian values choose exclusion over compassion.

We feel that the price was fair in what they do for the kids at school. Little lites has done well in the early education aspects of things to help prep our kiddo for school. Kids will be kids.. if any injuries took place we were notified via text the moment anything thing happened. We're glad to have had little lites in our life.
