Contact lady said she would help getting another company to do the job. I was not having an urgent issue, so I ask to be placed on the next available slot when her crew issue was resolved. The next business day I was contacted to be scheduled the following morning. Crew of three showed up on time and conducted business in a professional manner. Made a small but functional access hole and filled back in after finish of septic evacuation and input line check. I had to seed a 3' X 3' square. Reasonable rate $$ I'm a retired senior.
