He was very receptive to sending his crew as soon or later as I wanted & his price was a little lower than the others. Today Isaiah & Seth arrived & efficiently went to work. As I've never lived with a septic system previously they patiently & professionally answered the numerous questions I had & were extremely thorough in doing a complete & focused clean out to include washing out the filter leading to the drain field. The friendly owner John quickly returned my call and sent out a mobile mechanic who arrived in a timely manner and soon got us back on the road. For a fair price, too. They saved us hundreds of dollars by avoiding paying for a tow and hotel room for at least a few days. Many times the electrician is able to come out the same day, which is great because we have an older home that often has unexpected electrical issues. Bobby Hewitt has been the electrician that's worked in our house the last few times we've needed repairs. We highly recommend him...he is personable, explains what needs to be done really well to those of us that don't know anything about this kind of thing, does great work, and also provided good recommendations for reworking some wiring when we were planning a remodel in one of our bedrooms.

Had she apologized, I would have cleaned it up myself, but she all but called me a liar. Never again will I use this company. I have lived here for 20+ years and never experienced such. The owner stated she thought it was pine sap oozing from my wood. My house is not a tree house, nor is it a new house, so not sure where she pulled this out that it was Pinesap! I will be using OBX pest control from now on .
