This larger library is located along the canal on Pine Island. It looks like it's built for the weather with a thick post base and a single door that has a well scratched clear panel in front of two shelves. The roof is pretty solid. I am guessing this library has been here a while. Inside, a good variety of fiction and non-fiction, hardcovers and softcovers. There are even a few VCR tapes. Who has a VCR these days? Much of this is great beach and vacation reading. Perfect for this spot. I found a copy of a Bourne book that I'm pretty sure I haven't read lately. That one is coming with me. This is charter number 4936. There is no steward listed. The online caption reads, "Our Island is 17 miles long. We have a very nice library in the center. My little library is at the south end which is an area that is used by walker-bikers-and joggers. So there is a lot of activity and people don't have to go to the center to get a book.
