After only 5 years a wall was buckling and that area of the floor was sinking. They quickly diagnosed that this was due to insufficient drainage. The recommendation was to rebuild the wall, add drainage and level the flooring. Other contractors wanted to basically rebuild the entire patio which would have been overkill. They right sized my project and priced their work fairly. My kitchen overlooks the area they were working. So throughout the day I could see their diligence and attention to detail. It was quite a task, especially the removal of the original adhesive but the were total pros. I asked Brandon S. at BGL to come by and take a look and he came the next morning to review my problems and give me an estimate. After agreeing on a price and work to be done, they came by a few weeks later to do the job. They stripped the current beds and replaced the debris with pretty black mulch and edged them up nicely. I also had a large tree in my backyard that was overgrown and hanging over my patio/roof and neighbor's fence. They did an amazing job trimming it up while keeping it balanced.
