She was rude and unwelcoming. I asked to use restroom before starting two hour treatment and she told me where it was. It was locked. I asked her for the code and she treated me like I was an annoying idiot. Then she was super mad that i wouldn't take my nose ring out claiming that its not safe because of COVID...yet she was not wearing a mask. At that point I had no interest in staying and volunteered to just leave but she said it was fine she would just not do the facial on my nose since the cloths would get caught in in...ok its a hoop with nothing to catch on and i've never had an issue with it in a facial EVER. I was left alone in the room for extended periods of time I couldn't see the clock as I was in a wrap and face was covered...but felt like half the session she was somewhere else. She said upfront she would be leaving room to mix up ingredients and everything definitely smelled nice but when i was done i noticed her shelf of ingredients were premade and often store bought brands. Def not worth the money - i wanted a relaxing experience but her energy left me feeling frustrated. The final step is the aggressive "put your tip in here" when it's time to pay. Why do you assume you need a tip when i just paid $200 for a MEH treatment. Don't waste your money here. read more

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever come in contact with. We made the mistake of not reading the other reviews before coming and it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had with a business. I warn you - READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Short story: I bought my girlfriend a gift certificate for her birthday and set her up with a 10am massage and facial. She came out of the massage crying, stressed, and was in worst shape than when she went in. I bought this certificate as a gift... hoping to give my girlfriend relief on her day off and as you can see, I am rightfully frustrated by her experience. Let me paint the awful picture for you: 1) The individual that worked on my girlfriend was incredibly rude from the start and overall super cold. Your business sell the idea of feeling "relieved", how are you operating in this manner? 2) She wouldn't let her redeem her gift certificate (because it wasn't printed)... okay fine, you have your "rules", but responding to her with "if you went to Walmart with a gift card only in your email, do you think they'd give you shit?". Seriously... what kind of "welcome" is that? After a few minutes of back and forth, she said we could come back tomorrow to redeem the gift card for a refund. 3) During treatment, she left the room for over 15 mins while my girlfriend was just sitting on the table 4) My girlfriend specifically called out that her back and neck were hurting and not once did this individual work on either her back or neck. What kind of lymphatic drainage massage does no work on the neck? Asking for a friend.. 5) To top it all off (+ a cherry on top), my girlfriend went in the following day to redeem her gift card and get a refund, and they told her she had to leave! As if the experience itself wasn't enough, they told her she needed to leave and come back an hour later when they have time to "deal with her". When my GF asked to speak with the owner, the owner came out and said "what?". After telling the owner why she was there, the owner replied with "you need to leave the store now, we can't help you - come back in an hour". So here we are, sitting in the car for another hour while we wait for them to redeem the gift certificate. I do realize how "first world problem" this post is, but at the end of the day, spending $200 to feel stressed on your birthday is a terrible experience. My friend & I took our 12 year daughters for a spa experience. The moms got a facial & massage. We have no complaints about our service. In fact, we both said when we were finished that the girls probably loved their facial. They also got a body wrap. The girls didn't say much until we got out of the spa. My daughter, who has had a facial & massage in the last year, told her friend they are not normally like that. She said the facial only lasted about 15 minutes and it was spaced out. It was supposed to include a hand and foot massage. They did not touch their feet and barely did anything to their hands. After talking with them, they had the same women working on them that we did. There is no way they could have received what we paid for because the women were with us. We went back to the spa & they were not really concerned that we were upset. I asked to have the manager call me. She did call me but tried to tell us that our daughters agreed to have it spaced out. Both girls said they were not asked anything about how they wanted their services. Very disappointed that they took advantage of our young daughters. Do not go here. ZERO STARS. Have you ever been to a spa day and left feeling worse than before? That is what you can expect from Little Indigo. To start, the store itself is very cute. But there are no amounts of crystals and plants that could counteract the energy these women are emitting. As soon as I entered the spa, I was being reprimanded for not printing out my gift certificate prior to my appointment. I do not have a printer and I was gifted this certificate to have a relaxing birthday. Instead, she immediately made me feel as if I was doing something wrong. Then as I am pulling up the email of my certificate, the next woman comes and hovers over me "your phone must be 100% off". So I turn it off. Which I understand, but the hovering was extremely invasive. I go back for a lymphatic drainage massage and a holistic facial. The lymphatic drainage "massage" was nothing beyond a slight arm and leg rub. She never even touched my stomach or back. The ENTIRE point of a lymphatic drainage massage is to flush your body of fluids away from the tissues and back to your heart. Google lymphatic drainage massage and every picture is a stomach. YouTube how to give lymphatic drainage massage and it's all stomach. These ladies have no clue what their doing. When I asked the owner why my masseuse never touched my stomach she said "we don't touch stomachs in the state of Florida".. COMICAL. Also, my back was never touched. In the beginning of my appointment I addressed some major lower back pain and neck pain I had been experiencing. She never touched either. Then, she left the room for about 10 minutes during my massage. I was massaging my own neck at this point. When I addressed this with the owner she said "what that doesn't even make sense".. She finally came back for my "holistic facial". Which was a joke. She came into the room clinking tools together as if she'd be using them on facial. I addressed some breakouts that I wanted extracted. Never once did she acknowledge them. And in the description of this facial online it says it comes with a softening lip treatment, pressure point hand and foot massage, and foot scrub. I received none of the above. Yet, when I addressed this with the owner, she refused to give me a refund. I PAID FOR SERVICES I DID NOT RECEIVE. As the massage ended, the phrasing of the conclusion was extremely rude and unwelcoming. "It's now time to exit the room" (PS no refreshments after a "lymphatic drainage massage"...are you kidding me? I go up to the counter to pay with my emailed gift card. They will not accept it. This "eco-friendly, holistic spa" wanted me to kill a tree to prove to them a gift certificate that was bought for me THREE DAYS AGO. They sent me the email and would not accept it. So I end up paying $195 out of my pocket, on my birthday, for something I was gifted. They tell me to come back the next day to get a refund for the gift certificate. So I do. Now this is where it gets extremely disappointing. They would not let me into the salon. The open sign was on the door and the lights were on, so I knocked. The owner comes out telling me I'm "freaking out banging on their doors". I knocked 3 times. I told her I am there to redeem my gift certificate and she goes "huh?" The employee let's me into the store where I waited on the owner to come speak with me. The owner comes out from the back area and says "you need to leave the store we are both in services so you must leave and come back later". I said I am here to quickly redeem my certificate and leave. She still makes me go outside and sit in the 100 degree heat outside of their store for 35 minutes. Another woman walks up and starts waiting on an appointment. The owner unlocks the door for her but slams it in my face and locks it. She points her finger in my face and gives me a nasty glare "5:15" Finally, she comes outside to let me in. Except she wouldn't let me in. Again, still treating me as if I did something wrong. I JUST WANT TO REDEEM THIS GIFT CERTIFICATE. She makes me go around the corner of her store, sit on a bench, and be interrogated about my experience. Why sit me down if you don't actually care? I tell her about all of the discrepancies throughout my appointment and that I was dissatisfied with the services. She didn't care. She continually talked over me as I tried to express my feelings. I finally asked her if she could acknowledge what the fuck I'm saying?! She SCREAMED at me "idk who you think you're talking to like this but it's not me you are banned from the premises *snatches gift certificate out of my hand* she then goes into the store and locks the door behind me. She stole my gift certificate back from me and never gave me the refund I was promised. I will be reporting this business to any and every organization I can. They should not be in business. Save yourself and your loved ones from ever interacting with these evil people. read more

Party of 4 for 2 massages, 4 facials and 2 wraps. Seems like there were only 2 workers although they told us there were 4 but none of us saw but 2 workers the entire time. A $90 facial and they only spent 15 minutes doing the facial on the two younger customers and no foot massage for them as the description said would part of it. She has permanently damaged my skin and I will be contacting a lawyer. They are not properly licensed!!! Long version- Went in for a lymphatic massage and Brazilian. Once I arrived, I could sense her energy was a bit off, but I dismissed my gut feeling. I regret this decision, GREATLY. She told me I had to completely turn off my phone, I said I will put it on silent, but that I needed it on in case of emergencies because I had left my son with the babysitter( who was a bit young and thus the need to be able to keep in contact). She hovered over me until I turned it off. That was the beginning of my spa experience. I went for the Brazilian first and she kept burning me. I told her the wax was HOT but she kept dismissing me as if I was making it up or something. There was a moment when she put the wax next to my clitoris and pulled!!! I saw stars!! I almost fainted! I have an extreme tolerance for pain, this woman is a MONSTER! I was left with burns!! I am in the process of contacting a lawyer from how extreme my burns are and the permanent damage. The lymphatic massage was uncomfortable because not only did she leave me in the rooms for long periods of times but then she was also super annoying about me taking off a my jewelry. I would never recommend this spa to anyone-ever. I booked a foot bath and deep tissue massage earlier this week for Wednesday and received HORRIBLE service. The services I received were not as advertised and when the manager reached out to me from the email I sent, her approach was not customer friendly, not professional and most importantly she never apologized for the terrible experience I had. Although she offered a 30 minute massage in return (my original booking was for an hour massage) I never went because the way she handled the matter, I felt like it would be like salt being rubbed into the wound. I definitely didn't feel comfortable nor trust to step foot back into this establishment. It is extremely difficult to find great customer service these days and a local friend recommended that I go here. Hopefully in time they can learn and master their skills all around because I was super excited to receive the love from such a "loving and holistic atmosphere." There were multiple times they let me sit or lay in a room/on a table to 'meditate' or rest or whatever and it was taken out of the time booked/paid for. I found this extremely aggravating as I didn't like to lay immobile on the table for 10 minutes. I also asked Melissa to increase the pressure, not only did she not, but she didn't answer or respond to me at all. I also had a facial and every time I asked what the product they were using was I was told to 'relax' which aggravated me further. Overall, I left feeling disgruntled and like someone had lightly rubbed me down - not a true massage. I guess for the certain namaste/meditation crowd this would be effective...but I wanted a massage. Won't be back. read more

I was overall not impressed with this place, and I gave them three chances. The facility is great and has a calm, zen feeling however I did not feel like I got what I paid for as far as my 3 massages go. First, the massage therapist hardly asked any questions about why I was there or what I was looking for. Then, at the beginning of each session she disappears for 10+ minutes to go "custom blend oils". She didnt even ask what my preference was and hardly knew anything about me, how could she make a custom blend? Additionally, she left in the middle of my massages several times. Without saying anything. Just left for up to 10 minutes at a time. Overall, I shouldn't have gone back after the first poor experience but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Spent 15 minutes between dressing rooms and waiting for the therapists to come into the room and that came off our clock. I specifically asked for deep tissue massage and I don't even know if I got a deep tissue massage or not. I felt equally stressed going out as coming in. No manager contact information on website. I've had 2 massages here so far and I'll definitely be back for more!both visits I got a 90 min deep tissue but I'm thinking 120 minutes is gonna have to happen next. I tend to get a lor of knots in my back due to my profession and getting them worked out makes me feel so much better. And I'm usually a tough critic when it comes to deep tissue since my sister is a therapist in Jacksonville and she usually does neuromuscular on me and has no mercy. I was also able to get my husband in for a quick 30 min upper back massage and he loved it, which is nice since I've never been able to convince him to get anything done in the past. Looking forward to taking advantage of the other services they offer in the (hopefully) near future. read more

I went to Indigo Earth Spa a couple months ago with a friend for a spa package and it was one of the most wonderful, relaxing experiences I've had at a day spa in a long time. The atmosphere was very soothing and relaxing and the staff was very skilled and professional. I'm planning on going back for another spa package within the month. Great place! I've been about 4 times, and while I like some massage therapists style better than others, I've always had a great deep tissue massage there. I've always left feeling better and relaxed. Just be prepared that it is a bit on the pricey side, and that a "60 min" massage is really about 45-50 minutes. But overall, its great! read more

My 3 girlfriends and I enjoyed a wonderful morning here. The massage therapist I had, Mikale, was amazing. She hit exactly the places to release ALL the tension and knots I was holding in my neck and shoulders. I've had massages before and they were relaxing but I've never left feeling as complete of a tension relief as I did after this massage. Unfortunately I don't live anywhere near Panama City so I won't be returning anytime soon:( The only negative I experienced would be the overwhelming amount of essential oils. I like essential oils used in moderation but I found myself a little overwhelmed with all of the different smells by the end of my 30 minute facial and 60 minute massage. If you're sensitive to essential oils smells, this place may not be your cup of tea. If I return to PCB, I will definitely book an appointment far in advance. read more
