We weren't asked what type of service we wanted. I'm not even sure they offer anything more than just paint. The very next day the paint was coming off. The owner got back to me personally, she went over and above to work with me and my super busy schedule. When I arrived, she took her time to discuss the shape I wanted, then took more time just to get the shape right before she started working. Yes, getting something similar to a tattoo on your face takes time to get right; which she did. I was worried about the pain, about the healing, the scary "dark" phase as some call it, but there was no pain whatsoever, following her directions made the healing process a breeze (and she provides the ointment), and the "dark" lightened just like she said it would. I have gone for my first, and touch-up appointments and I could not be happier with the results. My confidence has dramatically improved, yes, just the difference having eyebrows can make. No more 15+ minutes trying to pencil in my this brows, having them wash/wipe off. I seriously couldn't be happier with the results!
