In exasperation I switched it after moving here full time and I'm still paying. I like the idea of cancelling the card from other members. It's a disaster with this location. Fortunately the Dallas TX Greenville Ave location is stellar in every way so when in town I go to that one for my facials and massages. Milly did then offer me a refund and then blocked me. this is no way to run a business and i hope this post will protect others! still awaiting a response in hopes she will make this right. i've also had previous issues with her leading up to this.
