Paula, the director knows each child, and has good rapport with them - she is kind and compassionate and the kids clearly love her. I am so happy with the care my children receive at this daycare. They treat my children like…read morefamily while still providing a great learning environment. My children look forward to going there even when my son had to do his school by ZOOM. The owner and staff have been very supportive of my special needs child and for the first time he is able to attend a daycare with his peers. They are an inclusive childcare and I am so fortunate to have found them. My son is no longer isolated and is making friends. When I pick my my child up at the end of the day I find out they are closed the next day for a "long" weekend. Being a single parent this makes it very difficult to find care at the last minute. This has happened at least 4 times in the last few months. I would not recommend this daycare for that reason.
