I wish I could give them 0 stars. The only reason they have any 5 star reviews is because they bribe people with target girft cards to give them a great review. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! They call me almost every day because one of my kids has a "fever", I go pick them up, and they are PERFECTLY fine. I am state pay, so they get paid anyway.........so when they don't feel like actually taking care of my kids, they just send them home. Not only this, but they will find any excuse to suspend kids. For weeks at a time...... The Manager Naomi likes to tell you how to punish your children if they have a bad day, She also told me that my son is not normal, I am applaud with her. the communication absolutely sucks. My daughter started as an infant, and apparently the hours for the infant classroom differ from the normal hours. NO ONE TOLD me this. I found out after I was charged for "overtime" for her being there. My kids are all unhappy, dirty, and starving when I pick them up. They HATE going. awful place. read more

My child currently attends this daycare and when I pick her up she is dirty, big scratch on leg, cut on lip. Today I picked her up and she had a really bad diaper rash. She is 10 months, there is never any incident reports the staff never notices anything per their words and I'm fed up with bringing my daughter there. There are a bunch of young adults that work there and are careless. Please do not bring your child to this daycare because they do not monitor them at all and if something happens they will not inform you. Also, my niece attends and she is very vocal with a big vocabulary and voiced she has had an accident today before lunch. She was in wet clothes all day and they failed to inform my sister. Little learner child development center is such a wonderful place highly recommended, me and my little one love the staff here.!

I worked at this day care for 6 months while also having a son enrolled and multiple things are wrong ! They've allowed a kid to be harmed and didn't fire the staff member just sent them to there other establishment. They've let kids be touched inappropriately and told parents hours later. management Cheyenne treisis and Naomi bixby they tell staff about kids and parents outside of our classrooms that should be confidential. The rooms are always out of ratio. They allow staff to come to work with strep and pink eye. They have all staff write curriculum the day of while copying from last year's curriculum and not enforcing it. They allowed me to work at this daycare that long with no background check after telling me I was all good who else are they doing this with? They don't send kids home that are sick if there parent works there because they need the staff. My son would stay in diapers longer then he should have. The kids are forced to take naps. Time outs aren't allowed but I've seen multiple kids in time out. They don't do interviews they just hire anybody. They make 1 can of each food when the minimum is 2. They put older kids in younger classrooms and younger kids in older classrooms when there daycare isn't allowed to mix kids. They have younger staff in rooms by there self which is illegal. My son was supposed to move up they kept him in the same class the reasoning wasn't valid. The staff have a 100$ Walmart list every month and none of the classes have ever recieved anything. They scream and yell at kids. They yell at there coworkers in front of everybody. Even private conversations are talked about right in front of other staff. They let people not on the Insurance drive the vans to pick up and drop off. I could keep going but I'm not because it's so much I'm saddened to say I even worked here and allowed this to happen to me for so long. I have waited almost a year to write this. This Daycare is HORRIBLE. They REFUSED to implement any direction given by my Childrens' occupational therapist that would help with their sensory issues. They severely neglected my kiddos and always blamed my kids for incidents others caused. I was at this daycare with my kiddos for 4 years and went through 5 different managers and upper management. They did not try to help any situation or figure things out with me. The "manager" Naomi was fired from there previously for not doing her job from what I am told. She looks down on parents with children who need extra help. I talked to her about my kid's diagnosis for sensory issues and she stared at me like a deer in headlights then blamed me for not telling her what my kids needed. I gave her notes from their therapist, and she "lost" it. I talked to them about their needs for months and they were not being met. Naomi and loren refused to do basic care for my kids. My kids were struggling and this daycare would do absolutly nothing to help. They made me pay $100 per kid for the "summer fun fee" and decided my kids do not get to go to this daycare a few days later. They refused to refund me my money. Loren was the assistant when I left and she was no better. When I tried to talk to them to ask why they just randomly decided my kids do not get to go here anymore they refused to talk to me about it and refused to email me back about any questions I had. I also asked them for all the reports for my kids over the years and they refused to give them to me. I told Naomi that I wanted to talk to her in person and she made sure she was not at the center when I was there. I also asked for her bosses number and she refused to give me the number and said she is the one to make decisions. I have talked to Staff who have told me that the place should be shut down for the things that went on there and possibly still going on. From what I am told many staff has left from the management. Every time i went into the daycare everything was in disarray. The kids were screaming and teachers didn't know what to do. Many times, there was more kids to teacher ratio then I could count that is legally allowed. This daycare lies and will tell you how bad of a parent you are whenever they get a chance. I switch my kids to another daycare, and they have yet to have ANY issues. They have never been sent home for anything but being sick. This goes to show Little Learners neglected basic care for my kiddos and what their therapist recommended to help them out. I HIGHLY recommend not bringing your kids here. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My child attended the center for one day and I refuse to bring him back. When we picked him up, he was filthy and had scratches on his neck and arms. The staff did not notice and there was no incident report. Additionally, the staff member holding our son was not wearing a face mask and the other one present had her mask below her nose. I do not feel comfortable leaving my child here. read more

A year ago the decision to put my son in daycare terrified me. You hear the stories on the news. I couldn't have been happier with the staff at Little Learners. My child is excited to see everyone there, they are all so kind. They treat him great. The facility is clean, bright and cheery. They all deal so well with screaming toddlers. I 100% agree with the review listed below. The new manager is awful and I miss Mandy so much. Jessica and Rachel are so sweet to us and I love my child's teacher. However there is too much change happening there and too many teachers are being moved around or leaving. It makes me sad because I was so in love with this place when we first enrolled and actually turned down another daycare so my child could stay there. The vibe and atmosphere has changed so much and it feels SO NEGATIVE. Everyone seems stressed out and exhausted. I hope that it gets better but right now I'm really not feeling comfortable there or leaving my child there. read more

A few weeks ago I would have gave this place 5 stars. The atmosphere of this daycare has changed since the new manager took over "Ashley". The old manager Mandy use to Greet myself and my husband, I genuinely felt like a part of the family, the new manager won't even lift her eyes up from the computer nor greet us. Mandy always seemed busy but always made us feel welcome and cared about. The new one could not care any less if we existed. And she is literally sitting there every time we come in, where Mandy would run out from wherever she was to greet all the parents. It's such a blessing that Jessica is still there to make the families feel warm and welcome. The only thing keeping me there is Jessica and the teachers, hopefully the owners can get Mandy back or find someone who knows how to manage a daycare and make the parents feel okay with their kids being there. Soon the atmosphere will be wearing on the ones who take care of the kids. Jessica please don't leave! read more
