My daughter loves going to Miss Nikki's house. She learns so much every day and they do so many cool things! They have Messy Mondays, where they have sensory play. Workout Wednesday where they do some sort of exercise. There is also Fun Friday where they make something fun to eat. There is even a monthly newsletter to let parents know what is going on throughout the month. I'm going to be sad when my daughter is old enough to go to Pre-K, as, she will miss all of the fun she has at Play and Learn!

Nikki is great about communicating the big and small details of my son's day with us, anything from "he didn't seem as interested in eating as normal" to "he was in a talkative mood today" to "he learned to cover his mouth when he coughs." My husband and I always feel like Nikki (and Agnes) actively keep us in the loop. When we were looking at daycare options, we really wanted something more intimate than the bigger corporate-run daycares. And that's exactly what we found with Nikki. She's really great and I feel lucky that we found her! It was a perfect fit for us. I would highly recommend this home daycare. Nikki is a wonderful, hardworking, and organized person who is truly fantastic with children!

The teachers became more than just that they are family to us! From teaching him how to be independent to his abc's and learning all about dinosaurs to the solar system and always encouraging him to try new things. My husband and I will forever be great full for all those helping hands that helped us raise our child, we will truly miss everyone specially Miss Megan because you have been with him from the beginning from making me feel comfortable and reassuring me he would do great that first day!! You don't know how much that put me at ease that first day because you truly care for these kids! Thank you all sooooo much for everything! Thank you Robert for always making us feel like family and not just another check, our entire family will for ever be grateful to you and all the staff at toddler town thank you for these wonderful years!! I will definitely be back once our Jade turns 2 years old! Thank you!! Thank you!!! THANK YOU!!!

When I read the negative reviews I was very hesitant in taking my kids here but this was the only daycare with normal food and clean environment, so I took my chances but continued to be skeptical and paid attention to my kids' behavior. 2 months later here is what I can say: both the kids and us the parents love everything about this place: 1. Director - Marina is a great person who loves kids and is highly professional. She knows all kids by their names and always has time if we want to discuss anything. Marina and Front Desk Manager Julia always welcome with a smile and are very courteous. 2. Teachers - they are incredible, loving, professional, and simply great people; I respect and take my hat off in front of these ladies who take a good care of my kids and treat them as their own, teach them so many interesting things daily (both kids bring their work home every day) and welcome them with a hug and say their good byes for a day with a warm smile asking to come back the next day. We love our teachers Liubov Lesiuk, Iryna Pilyuk, and Liubov Vovchuk! 3. The atmosphere - very friendly and fun, my kids demand to go back to the center as soon as we leave at the end of the day. My 3.7-year-old one who speaks well says that he likes to draw, dance, sing, and learn new things. When I pick him up, his eyes are always bright and he rushes to tell what he did each day. 4. The facility - this is a spacious building with tons of play spots and outside play area. Each room has a unique design and setup and all of them are bright and sunny 5. The food - this was very important for us since kids spend their entire day at the center and eat four meals there. This center focuses on balanced and nutritious meals such as soups, meat/fish, salads, lots of fruit and veggies - this is the kind of quality I would buy/prepare for my kids (take alone the Lifeway Kefir!) 6. Cleanliness - this point deserves a special attention. I have never seen a cleaner facility in the entire country taking the hospitals into consideration. This is a super clean facility! 7. Curriculum - I would never be able to teach my kids even 20% of what they are being taught in this center: music and dance classes, gymnastics, drawing, coloring, learning alphabet, colors, words, math, building social skills, and many other activities. Thank you to each member of this wonderful center! Keep up the great work!!! To anyone who is considering to take their kids to this center my advice is to not be deceived by a few negative reviews of furious mothers, but go and check this place out for yourself and your little ones. I didn't know any person at this facility before I brought my kids and I am not friends with anyone, but I truly respect the hard and noble work each staff member of this center does. I would highly recommend it to any of my friends or relatives.

This is a long-overdue review for Bright Start, as they have been an incredibly supportive, safe,…read moreand loving place to send our son (and soon to be our newborn daughter). As two full-time working professionals (and an educator myself), Bright Start has given us peace of mind that our children will be nurtured academically, socially, and emotionally. They are truly our village and partners in helping our children thrive--and in this season of life, that kind of partnership is invaluable. We began the process of finding daycare for our son when I was still pregnant with him. From the get-go, it was clear that Bright Start was head-and-shoulders above every daycare we visited in the area. We loved that it struck a balance between being a small, intimate center, while still providing structure and intentionality to the day--even for the infants. It's a place that feels like home, while still offering the routines and enrichment of a high-quality early childhood program. Ms. Nikki eased my concerns as a new mom through the entire registration and waitlist process, giving me a thorough tour of the facility and patiently answering all my (many!) questions about what daily life at BSLC looks like. She didn't just sell the center--she made me feel confident that my child would be seen, known, and cared for. We were so thrilled when we secured a spot and began sending our son when he was 6 months old. My son started in the infant room, and has since grown into the toddler room, and now the twos room. Every teacher we have interacted with has been professional, kind, and deeply attuned to my son's personality and needs. It's clear they prioritize relationships and connection just as much as they do routines and curriculum. Through every major early childhood milestone--introducing solids, sleep regressions, potty training, social-emotional growth--the teachers have gone above and beyond to partner with us and meet our son where he's at. It feels collaborative in the best way. The communication with families is top-tier. Caregivers are kept in the loop through newsletters, memos, and daily updates. The Procare app is a fantastic tool--they update it in real time with info about meals, naps, bathroom trips, and even share adorable pictures of your child throughout the day. It's the kind of thoughtful touch that goes a long way when you're juggling work and parenting and just want to feel connected to your little one's world while you're apart. Most importantly, our son is thriving. He's happy every time we drop him off and even more excited to tell us stories when we pick him up. His language has exploded, he's developed empathy and problem-solving skills, and he's constantly curious. We know that a huge part of that growth is thanks to the intentional, caring environment BSLC provides. If you're a parent searching for a place where your child will be loved, supported, and encouraged to grow in all the right ways--look no further. Bright Start is not just a daycare, it's a community. And we're endlessly grateful to be a part of it.

We felt that he was well cared for and that all of the teachers were passionate about caring for the children and providing them an excellent experience.
