First time here, we were greeted by Maddy who told us a little bit about the place abd the menu. The Little Paris Cafe opened about 2 months ago. The menu is due to expanding. They also serve some Gelato and pastries. We chose the smoked salmon crepe and the smoked salmon omelet. I substituted the Swiss cheese for laughing cow spreadable. The combination of flavors was good and light. The omelet was well seasoned and moist. The ambiance is friendly, plenty seating options with a cozy vouch and teddy bears up front to make you feel like youre sitting in your living room. Staff was great and friendly. Definitely recommend!

1st time here since it opened in October of 2025. I just ordered an oat milk latte with lavender and white chocolate and it was delicious. I will be back to try everything else. Thank you for bringing something unique to Morgantown, it was very much needed!

I told my boss (a PA native) my plans for the evening and he was hyped about my choice. He quickly looked up the flavor of the day and recommended the Blue Raspberry Gelati, an excellent recommendation might I add. The atmosphere was excellent, very busy, but The Meadows and their employees handled the crowd with ease... my wait time to order and get my treats was less than 5 minutes total, my chocolate cone was fantastic and my Gelati was even better. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back next time I'm in PA.

However, I started getting him milkshakes from Meadows, which he can comfortably sip and he loves having anything beside hospital food. They have quite an assortment of flavors, but their vanilla and strawberry are excellent. I have to drive a distance with them-( No, I'm not getting them anywhere closer), so I have to ask for 'flat tops' instead of their regular open ones, and they nicely hand me some with well secured lids. Eat in or out , the place is clean, and the people working are quite friendly. A bit pricey compared to other big names, but definitely worth it. Maybe a suggestion, if they could come up with a card for us Frequent flyers who go there often, it would definitely be put to good use.

So here we go: the restaurant is several generations of ownership. When you walk in, you will be greeted by very gregarious young lady by the name of Taylor and she is part of the family who owns the restaurant. The restaurant is very modern with open space seating. When you walk in, there is a gelato station right there. The Staff is very attentive very engaging and very accommodating to your needs. Let's get into the food. The calamari you see in the picture was heavily breaded and the oil it was deep-fried in was old, so it clumped everything together, and you got more of a burnt breaded taste than the ability to taste the calamari not good at all. I had the pasta Primavera that was cooked perfect and the spices were out of this world. It had some heat. I had their tomato salad with hot peppers and anchovies. The salad was good. My critique on this would be the tomatoes they weren't ripe and juicy as described in the menu. Would I go back yes but it wouldn't be my top priority, but worth a try.

I had basil pesto cream with radiatori, and it was the best pesto pasta I've ever had. The waiter also served us bread with olive oil, which was so good that we had seconds. If they could add more Italian desserts in addition to gelato, such as tiramisu, I would be very happy and would order it every time! I was actually looking for a dessert menu, but there wasn't one except for gelato. We'll definitely come back here again!

We were encouraged to try samples of gelato until we knew what kind we wanted to have. There wasn't a flavor that I tried that I didn't like but I settled on cappuccino flavor. It was SO strong which I loved because alot of cappuccino ice creams are not super strong / flavorful but this was! The texture was smooth. We also got a cookies and cream and mango. The employee was super kind and patient. It is very spacious inside with a bar area and a decent amount of seating. We will definitely be back!

In addition, customers may make a reservation for afternoon tea, which for adults includes a choice of a pot of tea as well as a three-tier stand of finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries. My husband and I ate one breakfast here. An employee immediately and kindly greeted us. We placed our order at the cash register and then sat at a table of our choosing. Some tables were already reserved for the afternoon tea. I ate Baked French Toast (5 stars), which consisted of a brioche with custard, cinnamon, sugar, strawberry sauce, peaches, blueberries, raspberries, and banana slices. I drank a Masala Chai Tea (4.5 stars). My husband ate the Loaded Breakfast Panini Wrap (3.5 stars), which contained scrambled eggs, potatoes, cheeses, avocado, sour cream, and salsa. The ingredients were separate, which he said looked pretty but tasted just OK. He used his utensil to try to mix the ingredients. He ate only half of it. He drank a Gelato Iced Chocolate (4.5 stars), a chilled hot chocolate with vanilla gelato and whipping cream on top. I also purchased a Dubai chocolate bar (4.5 stars) for about $20. It was not my all-time favorite Dubai chocolate, but it was a large size, and it tasted very good for being made in Pittsburgh. Note that private events such as birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, and bachelorette parties may also be held at The Steeping Leaf. Catering is also available.
