I would ask how much something was and the woman working there thought about it for a minute, as if she were testing to see how much she could charge me, and then give me a price. Very few items in the store were priced to sell. All of this doesn't compare to the shock I felt when she quoted me the price ($2200) on a very fake Chanel. I knew immediately upon touching it that it was a fake. The "leather" was not the soft buttery leather synonymous with Chanel. The other reason I knew the bag was fake was when I opened it, the leather was completely peeling like a cheap purse from Aldo. I showed the woman working and asked if it was real and she tried to show me the "authentication card" to verify its authenticity. She assured me it was real and that her years working at LV gave her the experience to authenticate luxury bags. I'll let the picture speak for itself! Again, beware of a store that advertises as "designer" but does not have the authenticate inventory to back it up. The clothing racks are clearly marked by size and the different sections are arranged according to styles with attention to colors. This retail team truly takes time to keep their selections appealing to their customers. This evening's event featured 90% off clearance, 20% off storewide, and 10% off designer ($250 or less). If you're going to deny someone a service, you should at least be able to clearly explain why in a respectful and professional manner. Very patient and kind, not pushy in the slightest and knowledgeable. She walked me through the machine that'll take notes of how you put pressure on your feet, and had me run on a treadmill to get a better idea of how my feet land when running. She explained to me what she took notice of and which shoes would be best suited for me and my goals. I tried on three pairs of shoes, and honestly, they were all comfortable. I asked about insoles and she helped me get some as well, but she didn't try to upsell me on those, which I appreciate. She did mention with a purchase of shoes, I could get $5 off a pair of socks, and I'm a sucker for socks, so they got me there haha. So far my shoes are nice. My feet don't seem to ache as bad when I run, but I still need to break them in. I have no complaints at this time, and we'll most surely be back to get my husband a new pair of shoes in the coming months.

Staff were friendly, offering help and assistance, they had the system to monitor your run and pronation to fit you there and had tons of other run accessories and goodies like snacks, socks, clothes and shoes. I especially loved some Brooks special edition Christmas shoes they had. Nice addition to the run spots in the area! Bad Situation Turned Good…read more This past Friday, November 17th, I purchased two Andis products from this store (1 Andis Profoil Shaver /1 Andis T-Outliner). To my dismay after returning home, while attempting to turn on the T-Outliner, I found it to be inoperable. Unable to return the product that day due to a weekend trip out of town, I returned to the store today to exchange this product and to ask about the possibility of exchanging the "Andis" Shaver for a "Wahl" Shaver. Upon my return to the store, I had a negative experience with "Jay", the store manager. He questioned me (did you drop it?) and alluded to me being untruthful after seeing a hair follicle on the side of the T-Outliner (which may have been picked up from my bathroom while using another product). After some back and forth, between myself, my brother and Jay, Jay tested the product and confirmed that it did indeed not work. He tested another T-Outliner and allowed me to exchange the defective product for the working one. Consequently, after Jay opened the box for the Shaver, he identified hair shavings inside the blade opening, keeping in mind I had not opened the box. I was shocked by this. Jay informed me that he could not exchange the shaver and that the new Outliner was non-returnable. After this interaction, I was angered and very offended. I quickly decided to call back to the store to gain the owner's contact information to further discuss the matter. After making several attempts to call, I finally got in touch with someone. To my dismay, it was Jay, the associate I had interacted with prior. Jay informed me that he was the owner. I explained to him how I had felt about his rudeness and after several minutes of talking, Jay apologized and informed me that he would accommodate my need to exchange the shaver. Long story short, Jay handled our altercation in a professional manner. He admitted that he had maybe based our interaction from past experiences from customers that tried to get over on them. I definitely understand this viewpoint, as I have worked customer service for several years. Overall, Jay made my day by taking time to hear me out and assisting me. I will definitely return to this store just because of how this young man handled this situation. He owned up to his mistake and helped me out in the end.I have much respect for him and his willingness to turn a bad situation into a very positive one. Thanks Jay! However, while I have consistently seen SHEIN and other fast fashion brands overrun thrift stores, I'm happy to say that I typically only see, at most, Walmart branded clothing here. But this is usually very cheap and even the SHEIN clothing they do have is priced low accordingly, so I'm glad they recognize the actual worth of what they accept of those items! I went in today and found a lot of really nice items which is rare for me, I seldom buy clothes in big quantities because it's hard for me to find stuff that works but I'm always trying to pinch my penny's where I can as well! The only sad thing is that the nicer clothing was a bit more on the expensive side, but their selection was pretty good in my opinion for both adults and the youth. A mother in the changing stall next to me was raving to her daughter about how happy she was to find so many jeans that fit her, so I wouldn't discredit her experience! The only complaint I do have is that the employees, as many other reviews have mentioned, are very cold shouldered. I did see a lot of them rushing around to keep the store clean and stay on top of go backs so I respect the hustle! However, both times I interacted with an employee, (I believe it was the same girl both times but I can't remember) at the fitting rooms and at the register, I was spoken to very coldly and curt throughout the interactions. When I checked out I had about $200 worth of items I had found, I usually always look forward to talking to the employees at the register, but the woman who checked me out seemed very annoyed by my presence and being there in general. I tried my best to remove as many hangers as possible before placing my items on the counter, but when a few on the bottom of my basket still had them on and I placed them on the top of my pile that she was going through, she audibly sighed. No conversation was made throughout the entirety of the interaction, despite it being longer due to my purchases. While I thanked her twice for taking the time to fold my clothes and help me with my large purchase, she dismissed me pretty quickly these times as well. As someone who has worked in retail for over 5 years now, I'm very mindful of my presence as a customer and the exhaustion working such a job can have on you. But this should not be an issue when interacting with customers, as that is a core part of working in a retail setting, barely acknowledging customers, is not acceptable. If the employees in a store cannot get behind the fact of providing good service in a service oriented industry, then they are simply not cut out for the job. I'm not saying employees should bend over backwards for customers, because there's only so much we should expect in society regarding quality of work when paying our workers a barely livable wage... but making small talk like, "how has your day been?" Or "did you find everything okay?" Is the bare minimum. If you can't be bothered to look another human in the eyes when speaking to you, even when they're kind and respectful, then you should consider working elsewhere. If you're looking for a quality experience in regard to customer service, don't expect that from this location, as many employees are under-experienced and uninterested in the company. But their selection of items has always been one of my favorite aspects of the location, even if prices can be high sometimes... I attached photos of all my items and prices below for anyone interested, overall I felt that almost everything was very reasonably priced except for a holister jacket priced at $40, in my opinion the jacket is worth no more than $30 but I really loved the fit so I invested in it ‍
