I like that they had several tag colors that helped bring the prices down a bit but the clothes are quality so I didn't mind paying more. So many cute shocked outfits with embroidery. If you have kiddos this is a great place to get quality stuff. Here on vacay so I can't speak to the rotation but would love to return in the future.

We were promised that it would be held overnight while we verified measurements. When we returned to the store an hour later on what they described as a slow Sunday, the last frame in stock was gone. In fact, it became clear that it had been sold earlier in the day, but they intended to use a delay in their home delivery schedule to cover this. If we had been told upfront, it wouldn't have mattered. But added to the fact that their posted price matching policy lacks the words "local, physical location" and "physical proof only" (i.e. Websites are not valid, even for local establishments), and that the only accommodation that was offered was a floor model for their advertised price, left us with a bad taste in our mouths. If you're looking for cheap, quick furniture then check them out. But if you want more choices, honest salesmanship, and better prices try another store or Google first.

Ulta is still my bestie even though we see each other infrequently. Navy Federal Credit Union is now in the center, and this location is excellent. Joann Fabric is no more, but a furniture store I haven't visited has moved into the space. I rarely visit Five Below, but when I do, I don't leave empty-handed. Outback sees my face every once in a blue moon. Several other businesses in the plaza would love to see you any time you're in the neighborhood. Parking is UNGH and I usually park farm from where I'm actually visiting.

I like this shopping center, but don't love it…read more I hate the access road nightmare so I tend to come in by the back along Petsmart and Target to avoid all that carnage. Hopefully it will be completed "soon". Trader Joes and Petsmart seem to be the anchors here - there was a Kirklands but it is now closed and a few of the other stores have rotated on and off throughout the years but Petsmart and Trader Joes are here to stay it seems. If you ever make it on a Tuesday is the day to go for 25% off everything including furniture, items in the glass, I mean everything. The busy shopping center offers a number of popular eateries such as Noodle Man, Clean Eatz, The Egg Bistro, Saladworks & Kelly's Tavern. Plaza Aztecs sits on an out parcel as do fast food favorites such as Dairy Queen, Chick fil A & Gourmet Gang. A yummy pastry location that I love for birthdays is Nothing Bundt Cakes. Over the years the anchor grocer has changed as has the grocery industry. What began as A&P when I first moved to Virginia Beach was followed by now defunct Farm Fresh. The current occupant of the space is the popular Harris Teeters. A now empty space was once occupied by a large Rite Aid drugstore that included a medical equipment section not available at the chain's other locations. I'm excited about what could move into the large space. The mix of businesses in the shopping center is quite convenient. It proves such value to me in both time & gas expended. I'm able to make multiple shopping stops in the same close location. One can find everything from a UPS store & ABC Store to health foods, hair salons, clothing discounter, jeweler, insurance agency & much, much more. On the north side of the center sits a Harris Teeters Fuel Center. On an out parcel is a Bank of America Branch Office, Over the years I've seen many businesses come & go. The explosion of popular spots moving to Haygood Shopping Center came after the facelift it received at the time of the Harris Teeters opening. The center has also served as a draw for businesses to open in the surrounding area, creating a veritable island of firms serving the northern area of Virginia Beach, Thank you Haygood Shopping Center for bringing popular & convenient businesses to our area.

I know one day I came in there and I was gonna get some NyQuil $30 that's ridiculous and they're using what's going on with this to hike up the prices and that's just not this all the Stores. I had the opportunity to visit just a few times ever. Once was Burger, Breaks & Shakes was there...it's gone with a lot of others. The main anchors would be considered Goodwill, Rainbow and Value City. Another store at the end with a lot of square feet has been a close out store for years. I think it was a Steinmart at one time. Sports Authority went out of business months ago. There is a smaller strip that runs parallel that has Philip Michael for Men, Tropical Smoothie and a few others. I visited the men's store Phillip Michael today. Overall a sad strip with many vacant stores that has little business. Retail as a whole is hurting and this is a prime example.

Lake Shores Plaza is what I consider one of the least enticing shopping centers in Bayside. It…read morehasn't received the same type of quality facelift many others have in order make it more enticing to businesses. The location is probably the main reason for its decline over the years. The shopping center is located directly opposite Joint Expedition Base Little Creek. Although base housing is located across Shore Drive I suspect more of their shopping is done on the base at the exchange, commissary & other shopping, fast food and gas stations inside the base gates. The anchor store is a Food Lion, which appears to be smaller than their other Food Lions in the area. It's much closer to me than other Food Lions. There are a few of the grocery items I buy that are the grocer's branded products. But if I shop at a Food Lion I'm more likely to stop at one on my route home from another location. The businesses in the main shopping center and out parcels are varied including Arby's, Taco Bell, Jade Garden, Las Palmas, a hair salon, credit union, tobacco & vape shop, nail salon, barber shop among others, Decades ago there was a wonderful diner in one of the out parcels that was a favorite of my family for years. But it's long gone. The shopping center adds value to the neighborhood & is a quick place to shop for essentials out of stock in my favorite grocers. But it's not an often visited place for me.
