I agree with her 100%. The only thing I will add to her review is this school is negligent in supervising of the children. Especially on the playground. My child was severely injured and has since been withdrawn. There is absolutely no diversity and they treat the teachers horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone so cares about the safety of their child.

I've never had any issues with the teachers or parents aside from the occasional fight or two that all kids get in as they grow up. Security here is A1 as well. You have to pass Biometrics and then a separate door with a passcode on a keypad. They do pick up from about 5 or 6 schools around West Knoxville and my daughters happened to go to one of those so that is very convenient. They have a specifically labeled bus. They also have a pretty cool summer program for kindergarteners and above filled with field trips and educational items. It is conveniently located and off the street of Kingston Pike in the Farragut area so anyone in West Knoxville will be happy. I definitely recommend this to any parent looking for a place but I know they are rarely free and always filled up which I suppose is a good thing. Kids won't stop and neither will this staff. The head director is pretty involved and asks me what we are doing daily and I know you don't always get that from staff at a childcare location. Highly recommend

I called in spring no answer and now it is almost end of summer and I just want my money back. We did not get a spot nor would I send my kid to this facility. I have now spoke with the director twice this week but she keeps blowing me off saying she need to speak to admin or name isn't in there database and it's always "I'll call you tomorrow." The lady who owns and operates this school as well…read moreas two other schools did not have our children's best interest at heart and for me that's not acceptable. We were treated inappropriately and then our child was removed from the program, while our other child was on the waiting list for 8 months and was told they would have a spot after he/she was born. At the last minute, we were told that our second child did not have a spot because of a long waiting list and because I was taking 12 weeks maternity leave and that was the reason. This situation left me with a newborn, a two year-old and no daycare at the last minute. When we asked the owner what we are supposed to do for child care her response was "you have child care, you are on maternity leave for 3 months." I want only the best for my kids and this was not the place for my family. The turnover with staff is beyond anything I have ever seen...and should be considered a red flag. One of MCA's best employee/teacher was treated so bad/unfairly and disagreed with how we were treated that she left. My advice is do your research and if you have any reservations...look elsewhere!

The amount of staff support and the quality of the staff are exceptional, and the parents are very involved and supportive. Best place I could imagine sending our little boy.
