I absolutely hate the idea of pain and discomfort so that is why I still come here nearly a decade later. I don't live in my hometown anymore and I've moved to all sorts of places in Florida. I have tried different dental practices. None have made me feel comfort the way this office does. I don't think their pricing is unreasonable. You are paying for professionals who are compassionate. It just irks me how people can complain about a small business when it's evident, at least to me, that they have amazing talent. I have and would still drive 3 hours to come back to them. Obviously that's not sustainable if I move too far away but I promise I wouldn't do it if I didn't think they were worth it. So, believe what you want but you will have to experience it for yourself.

Everything they did was most comprehensive and seemingly detailed. I trust and highly recommend them to take care of most of any dental needs. If anything is beyond their scope of knowledge, they are first to admit that you contact another specialist for which they will provide recommendation. Your good health is their first concern.

Was…read morenot sure who to call, but found Dr Winderbaum doing a google search and was very impressed with his website. I called and spoke with Cassie who was very pleasant and compassionate. She got me in immediately to see Dr Winderbaum. When I arrived, I found the office to be clean and nicely decorated. Dr Winderbaum was very nice. After seeing my problem, we decided to replace my broken onlay. He gave me a great shot, which I barely felt and he had a very gentle touch. He seemed to be very conscientious as well. His assistant performed a digital scan of my tooth and had a very light touch. A temporary restoration was placed while I wait for the lab to return my permanent restoration. I would definitely recommend Dr Winderbaum. I found him to be compassionate and conscientious. I guess I found a new dentist.

All of the walls inside the office are painted a soothing ocean color, and ocean-themed murals seem to cover every wall surface. This charmed my son and made this office seem less like a doctor's office and more like a playroom. The room where the cleaning and check up was done is an open room where there are 3-4 workstations, plus benches for parents. A huge window looks out on greenery and makes the space seem very open and light. Two tvs are hanging to distract children, but they are a tad too small and far away for my son to see them. Our dental cleaning hygienist was patient and thoughtful when dealing with my son's fears. She let him sit up to do his cleaning and stopped whenever he expressed any fear or hesitation. I was in the room the entire time, which was helpful. After the cleaning, the very nice dentist checked my son's mouth. My son also went to another room to get a couple of initial x-rays. The technician was creative and patient; the room also had a tv on and a large window looking out. While I could not be too close to him during the x-ray, I was able to stand at the door. I felt very welcomed as a parent. I appreciate not being separated from my child during what could be a stressful time. All of the office staff seemed very chill, laid back and kind. I felt at ease the entire time. I am very appreciative of the design and thought put into this office space!

I believe I have finally found the one. Dr. Benson and his office staff were all very kind and respectful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The staff returned my calls almost immediately and got me in for an appointment quickly. Dr. Benson will truly listen to all of your questions and take extra time making sure you feel comfortable and understand everything. His personality is also just amazing. He lights up the room when he walks in. If you're someone like me, who has felt anxiety about going to the dentist, having a provider who is a happy & caring dentist will change your whole experience. All of the fees and billing were made very clear from the beginning with no mysterious fees added afterward. In fact, I ended up paying less than originally quoted. The office itself was exceptionally clean and the waiting area was comfortable. The dentistry chair I was in had a lovely view and was rather relaxing. I loved that I was able to pick a movie to watch, which was the Santa clause. The joyous movie in addition to the considerate and relatively gentle approach Dr. Benson takes with his procedures left me with no discomfort at my visit.
