My kiddo was 4, other kiddos made her feel uncomfortable for being "too brown". Other parents were not notified. I wasn't impressed. The staff is not trained on how to handle social emotional learning. I wish it worked out, just wasn't pleased with the care with such a high cost. Per contract, we had to pay for the next month because we didn't give a 30 day notice. It was more important to withdraw her as we saw this took a toll on her confidence and comfort in a learning environment. Thousands of dollars to waste in our experience, making something work that wasn't working.

She said he completely trashed an area of the classroom. My son wouldn't fuss up to it so my husband took him to view the footage. Surprise! He didn't do it. What was the point? He's not coming back? Why did y'all have to do that for? I am so glad he's finally out of this school. It felt like he's been labeled this awful kid for doing normal three year old behavior. The other kids would come up to me during pick up time and tell me how he's been "bad all day." He was placed in a class room where I was told "five minutes of reading or dancing at the carpet" was age appropriate for circle time. Then he moved up to a classroom where he'd be expected to sometimes sit at the table with no toys or activities for 15-20mins while teachers put away cots. Of course he's going to struggle and not control himself as well as the 4-4.5 year olds. He's a fresh three year old coming from a room with no established routine.

Owners Christy and Anna are kind, personable and empathetic like family and do all of the process for you. They find and vet applicants, you and your child can meet the nanny ahead of the time to make sure it's a good fit, they do the tax forms etc because THEY are the nanny's employer, and their prices are fair. Because of my work and travel schedule I have a nanny nearly every day. My son is on the spectrum but he has formed bonds with his nannies that make me so happy. I may come home to find them building legos, jumping on the trampoline, reading a book or watering the plants. The nannies are allowed to drive if you approve, so ours have helped get my son to camp in the summer or have taken him to the library or for ice cream on long days. I trust them to be in my home and trust them to care for my child, the most precious thing to me. I'm so grateful to have found them and if you are looking for childcare, these are the folks to call. I can't thank them enough.

We are new parents and when we realized that we needed full-time childcare, we were apprehensive about the process of vetting a stranger to watch our newborn daughter. At the time we couldn't imagine anyone but a family member watching her and the commitment of finding a nanny was overwhelming. Now that we have been with CCN for over a year, we cannot imagine our lives without them and they feel like a part of our family. From the very beginning, Christy and Anna made us feel heard and respected as a family. They earned our trust when we saw how thoughtfully and seriously they take placement of a nanny in a home, considering not just background checks but also childcare experience and best fit. We were lucky to have Anna for a whole year from when our daughter was 6 months old to 18 months and she became our daughter's first best friend. She brought a wealth of child development education and behavior experience and we felt confident in her ability to create a home learning environment for our daughter that was nurturing and fun. We give our highest recommendation for Clark County Nannies and will continue to use them as our go-to business for child care.
