So I told them I wanted my money back today. The front desk took my info and said a manager would call me. They called my wife instead and said they had a spot for my daughter after I had drove her clear across town to another day care and after I had gotten to school. My wife told them they still needed to call me and I'm still waiting on that call. My impression is the management there has no clue what they are doing regarding staffing.

I am so thankful for how patient, caring and kind they have been with my daughter. I couldn't have asked for more. My daughter loves taj (the owners daughter) and it makes me emotional sometimes at how close they've gotten. They treat my baby as one of their own. I 100% recommend. It took my daughter over a month to really interact with the other children and get in the groove of things. And it was worth the wait. She even does better at home.
