Only a nurse case manager who was not very helpful with very poor manners. My MIL is elderly with TTWB and they are sending her home. The OT said she needed assisted living but never came to the room to discuss recs with family. My husband had to ask for education and training before discharge. She should NOT BE going home. Sadly I will never recommend this facility to anyone. I'm glad I work for Froedtert! Do better RHOW.

The Nurse said the Doctor would meet and give us a review of my family members condition before they discharged them. But the Doctor could not be bothered and just ignored us. The issues and lack of care kept mounting daily. They left our family member to sit in their own urine for four hours and wouldn't check them. UNLESS WE ASKED!! We had to stay with our family member 9 hours a day to make sure care was being given. They say they care but could not deliver! Then they send out a standard response asking to be contacted, so they can get the post removed. But when things where happening and we brought up the concerns. They met with us said they take these things seriously but then brushed off our concerns not following up at the time or even a few days later while our family member was still there.

I went there for many months because I had two separate dr scripts to work on my knee and ankle, and this company got a lot of money out of my insurance, however, my co payment in total , totaled 15dollars. They added on interest to this amount , which is illegal for dr. bills and I get harassed via phone messages, atleast twice per week for a year now by this Mary. I have gotten so much harassing mail regarding this from this Mary lady, that the stamps alone she used could have come up to this coveted 20dollars she is harassing me about. I was going to go back there because of an upcoming surgery and needed PT follow up and was going to give the 15dollars that I owe them, but this Mary keeps on harassing me, saying she will take me to collections every time. On the phone, and in the letters, she threatens to take me to collections for 15dollars and then the added interest she added on. My Physical therapist I had was good, its just it is unacceptable to harass a former patient via mail and phone atleast 75 times now in total over the year, over such a little amount.

He has autism and low muscle tone…read more In two months he has learned how to ride a tricycle, a pedalo, play on playground equipment, and just today he hopped on his balance bike and could ride it after it sat collecting dust for 2 years. I used to cry thinking he would never be able to do these things, never ride a bike like the other kids- he's doing it now thanks to Miss Donna!!! Love New Berlin Therapies.

I can't say enough about how knowledgeable everyone at this clinic is and how nice they are! The atmosphere is welcoming and once you get to know these guys, it feels like coming and talking with friends as much as it is therapy, which they take seriously. Obviously nobody wants to be in a position to be going to PT, but the team makes coming here something to look forward to instead of a chore.
